Wonderful
Romantic, nice and quiet place, with a car park available, walking distance from the metro, but if you have a luggage better wait for the bus or take a taxi (the road is not level, had a feeling that will loose the wheels). Also reachable by electric scooters and bikes. Staff extremely helpful in every possible way. Rooms clean and light, not too big but enough, nice little balcony with some outdoor furniture.
I wish they had a restaurant in the hotel.

The staff were wonderful—very friendly and helpful.
Beds were very comfortable.
It’s not really a complaint—as we chose to stay out of the hustle and bustle of downtown, but there was a lot more walking and public transportation needed to get places. The train station was about a 17 minute walk.

It's a good balance of price vs quality considering accommodation costs in Rome. The property is easily accessible by public transport, direct access by bus to the city center, Vatican. Metro is also close. Rooms are not big but enough. Balconies add comfort.
Cleaning is somewhat selective

Very Good
It was clean and had a kitchen to cook a couple meals since we stayed for 4 days. Bed was comfortable.
It was too far from the main attraction.

Poor
Javid was helpful & kind however the place is understaffed when many people check in at once and you may experience long wait times.
Pros:
- Quiet & safe neighborhood
- Fairly Clean rooms
- Replenished towels
We didn’t have a great experience.
A disruptive family stayed next to us in which one of them knocked on my door and insisted I help her to go to the store. The person kept insisting and inched closer into the room even though I said no many times. This caused major anxiety for our safety and we left a day earlier. They declined a full refund for one day (We got a city tax refund for one day of 12 euro), but aside from the money I find it frustrating when workers try to disregard your situation and normalize it as an excuse to not issue a refund. Simply say it’s policy, do not try to devalue a customer’s experience especially when it concerns their safety.
Room: It was fairly clean —no frills. Toilet had some urine residue on it. Bed is okay, a little hard. Shower head could use some work but warm water worked fine. It utilized a shared kitchen so there was no personal mini fridge if you needed one.
Location: It’s pretty quiet however the room has thin walls so if you have noisy guests that can be an issue. It’s a 10 minute walk from the local mall and restaurants which was lovely. The neighborhood is safe. However, for my mom it was too far and difficult to take the metro/bus to the Vatican and Historical Center. It’s ideal for more able bodied people are for those renting cars but if you don’t and aren’t used to the metro, you may want to reconsider finding somewhere closer. You end up spending more or the same amount in taxis. Taxis can range from 14-30 euros going one way to the metro, Vatican or Historical Center via uber app.
Cons:
- Location far from historical center and other sight seeing spots
- Not good for elderly (we had to bring luggage 3 flights of stairs — it wasn’t crazy but not ideal)
- No cafe that is super close. Only coffee available is in vending machine or 10 minute walk
Suggestions: Request taxis in advance if you know where you’re going to avoid long wait times.

Good
No hot water for the whole 5 days.
Cold showers. Wifi is pretty weak too if you're travelling for work and need it a lot. 50 min walk to the Vatican so name is slightly misleading too.

Very Good
We chose this place just outside of historic Rome because of the free parking and proximity to public transportation. The city bus stop was half a block away and took us to the interesting parts of Rome, nearby Vatican, and on to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. It also stopped down the hill from the hotel at the metro. Beside the metro was a new shopping center with a full grocery store on basement level and cafés on the top level. We had a kitchenette in our studio so we purchased eggs, fruit, and breads at the grocery store for breakfast. The room was nice with a balcony overlooking a courtyard. It was rather cold at night so the front desk brought us blankets immediately upon request. An added bonus was on- site laundry. The desk changed our Euro bills for coins.
The hot beverage machine in the lobby served only 4 ounces of cappuccino, so be prepared to buy 2 (coins only, no bills or credit card). There is no elevator, but we easily climbed the three flights to our room.

Would like to give a special shout out for Miriam in the reception. I had my phone and credit cards stolen by a pick pocket on the Metro. When I returned to the apartment complex in distress, Miriam went out of her way to assist me with canceling my cards and dealing with all the associated issues you face when you find yourself in such a predicament. Many thanks ?!!
