The young man at the reception was very pleasant, helpful and shared a lot of information about the city. The location of the apartment was very good for traveling by car. The car could be parked safely in front of the house, and the metro and bus stop were only a short walk away.
Did not match the accompanying photos. The two-bedroom apartment was too small for six. The bedrooms were full of beds and it was not even possible to open a suitcase there. The living room is also small. Under our bathroom window, an engine was constantly humming loudly. There were enough dishes for eating, but not enough for cooking. For example, there was only one pot in the cupboard and it was about 7 liters, how to cook porridge in such a pot :) However, the bowls for making salad were very small, considering that the apartment was for six. There were no salt, pepper, grater, sieve, kitchen towels. Upon asking, kitchen towels, a larger bowl and salt were brought. For that money basic things like salt, pepper, sugar, oil could still be available in the kitchen. Your reputation was saved by a very pleasant receptionist, unfortunately that was all there was to like :)

Quiet and quaint. Great location from which to explore all the amazing things Rome has to offer without the hustle and bustle of staying downtown. Excellent, convenient transit options make getting around a breeze!

Great location near the Vatican. Stayed here with a family of five and received a ground floor suite, which was clean and spacious. The staff were super helpful in developing an itinerary for our short stay, complete with restaurant recommendations and tour info for some of the major attractions. Bus stop is very close to property and Metro is but a short walk. Would definitely recommend.
Only drawback on our stay was some loud partiers outside who stayed up until 2am. It was a minor distraction, however.

for the money this property is not in the class of other properties at this price rangeThe rooms are small and depressing . noisy when people are in the community kitchen. The surrounding area is so bad.

We had a one bedroom apartment, it was great to have a separate bedroom from the living room. Great to have a kitchen area to prepare food, snacks , tea and coffee etc
Bus was right outside directly into the busy areas of Rome. Metro down the street.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
We got great ideas of where to visit from the staff.
The owner drive is to the airport today as the taxis were all booked for Ryder Cup. Super helpful.
Little bit noisy being on the ground floor by the main entrance.
The family above us, moved furniture late at night and early in the morning.
It was like the were dragging chairs or beds around the room and the kids were running around, sounded like elephants from below.
Roof top terrace a bit rundown and unloved!
The shower was great but slow to drain. Floor from bathroom to loving area very slippery after a shower.
Be good to have coffee and tea in the room, also more pillows and another blanket.

family atmosphere.. the owner & staff were very caring, understanding, supportive and overall -- they make efforts to exceed customer satisfaction!!! Great experience!
can't really think of any! Was slightly over budget, but can't complain, as it was also the peak season.
