Excellent location close to Spanish steps, Trevi fountain and major shopping. Walkable to all the sites, even the Vatican. Very comfortable room and whole hotel is spotlessly clean. The staff is very helpful too. I highly recommend this hotel. A wonderful restaurant is right around the corner, Taverna Ripetta. Also one of the oldest in Rome. You’ll need a reservation.

Great location, walking distance to attractions, yet in a quiet safe area.
The staff on the desk went out of their way to make us comfortable, friendly, service , great recommendations and booking for dinners and activities.
There is not a negative comment that I could make. I would rate a 10+

The location is fantastic, I suggest getting the room with the view to the river.

Augustana House is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room had everything I needed and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to stay here again when visiting Rome.

Everything about this accommodation was perfect. The bed was particularly comfortable, the room was really quiet, and the location was within walking distance to many of the major sights. We walked as far as the Vatican and Colosseum very easily. The breakfast had everything we wanted to start the day. Finally, the staff were all very helpful and friendly.

The lady who helped us at reception and made coffee for us (she always remembered what all 10 of us drank in the morning) was phenomenal. She was a kind person, very friendly and very helpful.
We loved the breakfast.
It was a very secure building.
The double doors by the windows blocked out street noise.
The electronic shutters block out the light.
It was a short walk to the Vatican, Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. We liked the location.
We liked a lot. Having two sets of keys when two people are in a room instead of one would be a bonus, but the lady always opened the door for us when one of us had the keys and another had to return to the room.
