The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions and also the bus. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very accommodating in helping us getting around the city.

Location is great. You can explore the old city on foot from here.
The staff is super friendly. We were on honeymoon and when the owner, a Brazilian lady, learned this she gifted us a bottle of Prosecco with delicious fresh strawberries which we loved.
Breakfast is good too.
Comfy beds.
The shower could be improved in our opinion. Almost no water pressure, looked like the water holes in it were jammed. Not a deal breaker, though.

The hotel is small and the attention is very personal. It felt very secure, with 24 hour reception and double secure entry.
Everywhere was gleaming, and the bedroom and bathroom were very modern and comfortable.
Breakfast was good, not as wide a variety though as some larger hotels.
Location was very convenient for walking to most attractions and bus route to Colosseum was just behind the hotel.
The staff could not have been more helpful - we would highly recommend this hotel.

Located opposite the river and within 10/15 minute walk to most attractions. The Augustana is spotlessly clean throughout, the room was spacious, hardly any nighttime noise, breakfast was perfect, especially the scrambled eggs. Thank you also to Maya and Rosa for looking after us, nothing was too much trouble.

Nice breakfast with options. Great location for first time visitors and/or if you want to be close to the city center and the most common sights and shopping. The staff was also super friendly and very accommodating. We had a room on a lower level towards a back street so the noice was minimal.

It is centrally located, clean and provides a generous breakfast.
All was fine but I stayed in other B & B in other cities and they provided us with a list of restaurants they recommended. This is very helpful and suggest you prepare a similar list for Rome.
