Paolo was very accommodating! We had a great stay! The location was VERY convenient to all of the forms of transportation including bus, subway, and tram. The Roma Termini was also very close, about a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute train ride. The room was cleaned daily and Paolo gave us many recommendations of good local restaurants, and also some in each area of the city. We especially liked Gelateria Fassi which is very close. There is also a laundromat 2 minutes down the street if needed. Snacks, coffee, and a room refrigerator were also provided!

I truly loved the house!
The location is excellent — very convenient and close to Termini Station, as well as both the old and new parts of the city. There’s a great restaurant just across the street, and the metro station is only a 4-minute walk away.
The host is a wonderful person — very kind, welcoming, and supportive.
I really enjoyed my stay!

Staff communication - exact directions upon how to enter the hotel -very knowledgeable of the area. I would have loved clean towels. Paulo and Kara as well gave us wonderful tips today as per markets, forum tickets and our departure taxi. Very friendly and most professional.

Paolo was the most wonderful host!
The building was beautiful as was the room.
Super clean and comfortable. We were on the road side but it was very quiet, the common area was a great touch with snacks and coffees.
Paolo gave us 2 fantastic recommendations for dinner, both were delicious.
Nothing was too much trouble.
The location is very good, near Termini, metro, tram and buses.
All in all a wonderful spot and a break to remember.

Our stay was very good and the host made us feel very welcome. Location is good as you can walk to the city and also take transport nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and also the tv had Netflix and YouTube which was good to have.
Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The accommodation is very clean, the room was as in the pictures, large bright room with nice bathroom. In front of the rooms there is a small bar with snacks and coffee/tea for free use for all guests.
Paolo and Chiara are very friendly and warm people, very helpful. Communication was flawless, Paolo responded promptly to requests. Check in and check out went very quickly and smoothly.
The accommodation itself is centrally located yet quiet. The Colosseum, San Clemente and Santa Maria Maggiore, for example, are 10-15 minutes away on foot. The metro line A (Manzoni) is also around the corner and takes you directly to Termini Station (5 min) and the Vatican (15 min). Buses and tram also provide easy access to all the sights in the city.
For us it was the perfect stay in Rome. Thank you Paolo, we will be back!

Paolo was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of great local tips. The place felt like home, the room was spacious, and the location was awesome—right next to the metro and within walking distance of the Colosseum. Highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic sized room which was perfect for a family of 3. It was absolutely spotless. Paulo was amazing, he gave us such a warm welcome and gave us lots of tips for places to eat and visit. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Great snacks and drinks available in the communal kitchen. Perfect base for our first visit to Rome.

Clean cosy and great location and great host, Paolo and his team. Room is spacious and location is super convenient and safe. Paolo the host was super accommodating and response was always prompt. He gave lots advice and info on dining , transport , shopping etc. He also went the extra mile to assist me when I encountered issues. Highly recommended. I really enjoyed my stay here.
