Staff was very accommodating. Made a late reservation and they reached out within 10 minutes of booking. I lost my phone at the residence and they mailed it back to me no issues.

The location was great and the room was comfortable. Alberto and Henry were super nice and willing to help. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby and easy walk to historical sights.
I just thought the price was a little bit high for the value of what we received. Ideally it should be under 200 during off season. Would have appreciated some drinking water for guests.

The location is excellent. Its 3 blocks from the Vatican and the train station. Theres lots of restaurants and shops around. Our room was decent and clean. FCO airport is approximately 40 minutes by taxi.
Toiletries was very minimal. There were no hand soaps no facial tissues only 2 little bottles of shower gel. The elevator is very narrow its half the size of a closet. I was bumped off my flight and got there one day later but no exceptions were made. I was still made to pay property taxes for that night.

Location
Hard lumpy beds, large plaster and paint on the ceiling coming off. The worst was the bathroom shower did not drain, standing in water to your ankles. Shower leaked all over the floor safety hazard. Spoke to owner said he knew it needed to be fixed.

Mold in bathroom and showerhead, there was no soap. Dusty room. Bed was poor. Loud noises from street at night also from hallway crazy loud hassle all night

- a lot of mold on the walls
- no internet in the room. Manager told us someone has taken the antena extension and he ordered a new one, but in the old booking reviews the same problem was there and anyway he didnt bring any extensiom till we left (6 nights)
- the noise isolation is completely missing. You can hear everything from all the other rooms, and is quite impossible to sleep by your own schedule.
- walls and everything is old, scratched, deteriored, etc
The pics on the booking have nothing to do with the reality of the rooms. I dont really understand how it has 9.1.

The location was great and the owner was very informative. He told us all about Rome and where we should go. It was ver helpful! We felt very safe. The shared kitchenette was very convenient!
The AC did not work great and there was some mold on the bathroom walls.

Nice location close to restaurants and transport facilities. The hoster was kindly and willing.
Its an old building. The elevator its quite small and old. Not recommended for groups or big family. Place little noisy.
