Staff was exceptional. We left a cellphone and they were great about locating it and holding it until it could be returned.
English skills of front desk were just OK. Just the one lady, the rest of the staff was great and she was still friendly.

Good location staff very friendly and efficient. Lobby and breakfast area very accommodating.
Our room was on the 2nd floor. The room and bathroom needs an urgent renovation including the wooden floor which is falling apart. We returned in the evening to the hotel, showering after 22:00 is not enjoyable as there is no hot water. The acoustics in the room in regards to the outer corridor are very bad. Every person who passes in the corridor is heard on the inside of the room.

The hotel was very clean. The employees weee extremely helpful.
In my opinion this hotel is not a good location, if youre a tourist. It is to far from Rome city center. There are no activity in this area. Also. I didnt like that there were stairs to get to everything in the hotel .

Disappointing
Secure private parking. However, you can not book it in advance, it costs 15 Eur per night. Also it is quite small and if there are other guests it will be tricky to leave your parking space. Good noise isolation.
Everything was disappointing. The staff was not friendly nor helpful. When we came in, the staff told us to leave the luggage at the lobby and drive to another parking space. But when we came with all the heavy luggages, they decided to give us a room in a different building, so we had to drag our stuff once again and they didn't even offer help. In the room, nothing worked properly. I was very happy to find a bath with a jacuzzi function. But then we found out there was no hot water. The staff explained it was due to high demand, but through all stay all we got was barely warm water. And the water stinks a lot, like a rotten egg. And jacuzzi function did not work at all. Just like the A/C. The room had it but it didn't work. So we had to keep our window opened as it was very hot. So the noise isolation wasn't helpful as we heard everything through the open window. Breakfast was poor too. Terrible value.

The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. We had to ask several times for a roll of toilet paper. Despite having a Best Western account it was cheaper to book on Booking.com.

Staff was fantastic.
The elevator was incredibly loud! Sounded like a missile launch. Air conditioner incapable of cooling room. Bathroom had zero storage or place for bathroom items Many stairs - some without handrails Difficult for older folks to get around.

Friendly staff, very good location as we wanted to be outside of central Rome, lovely neighborhood, many restaurants close by plus grocery store
