The Historical property was in a great location by the timber river in Rome!! It was closed to all the historical monuments in Sites !! The room was comfy clean and updated and the staff was helpful and friendly!!

The price, the cleanliness, and the colorful lights in the bathroom. It was updated and modern.
The rooms required too many keys to carry around all day.

A great room clean and cosy and comfortable bed good location walked the whole day and saw most attractions
My only advice if your not familiar with whatsapp get that up and running previous to your stay as you'll need it to gain entry less stress lol

The room was beautiful and in a very good location.
Running water was just warm and didnt get to a hot temperature (even in the hot tub). Also, we were enjoying the hot tub in the evening, and had people knocking on our door to tell us to turn it down. I think if a room features a private hot tub, guests should be allowed to use it whenever they want. Especially because the hot tub was the main reason we were willing to pay so much in the first place. Next time we would probably choose somewhere cheaper.

Only small problem. Breakfast was the same every morning. One chocolate or plain croissant which was boaring. The rest was good.
A kettle in the room would have been great for coffee or tea in the evening. Plus two mugs.
