The room was nice
Advertised that it had an iron facility and a kettle in room which the kettle was most important for me and if it is something we needed to ask for then we should have been informed when we checked in and did not like the fact I had to walk to a different place about 3 mins to have breakfast to and its not sign posted very well either ended up knocking on a door to ask where we actually had to go

The Historical property was in a great location by the timber river in Rome!! It was closed to all the historical monuments in Sites !! The room was comfy clean and updated and the staff was helpful and friendly!!

A great room clean and cosy and comfortable bed good location walked the whole day and saw most attractions
My only advice if your not familiar with whatsapp get that up and running previous to your stay as you'll need it to gain entry less stress lol

The room was beautiful and in a very good location.
Running water was just warm and didn’t get to a hot temperature (even in the hot tub).
Also, we were enjoying the hot tub in the evening, and had people knocking on our door to tell us to turn it down. I think if a room features a private hot tub, guests should be allowed to use it whenever they want. Especially because the hot tub was the main reason we were willing to pay so much in the first place. Next time we would probably choose somewhere cheaper.
