There wasn't really any breakfast provided per se. However, there was coffee and some crackers. Overall my stay was good and comfortable. The location is a bit far from city centre but the bus stop is close by so it was fine for the travel since I did have 3 days :)
I would have liked some simple breakfast options like a croissant and perhaps a hot water kettle in the room.

Basic breakfast of packaged biscuits/cakes and a capsule coffee maker. Bed was comfortable and room quiet except for some light traffic noise. Good standard of accommodation. Marina provided a good welcome and spoke good English.
A lot of keys for getting in/out of the property but they provided a good level of security.

While the outside looks rough, the room was really good. The host was helpful, within her limited English skills. Wifi was included and worked fine.
Lot of traffic outside, even if the room was not too noisy. The "Breakfast" part of the B&B was not what I expected, just a coffee machine and a few sweat breads in the fridge. Host is available only during very limited times of the day.

Marina is welcoming, helpful and amazing. Everything was fine. Room is clean enough.
The area itself is outside of city center and quite empty. I would not feel myself safe walking in the evening, so better if you are by car. I needed exactly this location and used taxi, so Im happy with my stay. For Rome discovery - no, choose more central location. Fridge is noisy.
