Everything was great, the location is near the main attractions in the city, but the best of all was Rossana. She delighted us daily with sweet surprises, explained at the check-in everything we needed to know about the city (places to visit, places to eat), helped us with the luggage until the time of the flight. She is extremely client oriented and she deserves the best for this. Thank you, Rossana, big hug from all of us!

Location: very good location, close to Termini Station and Fontana di Trevi.
Breaksfast: No protein, but it was better than usual in Italy.
Facilities: very nice, quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Host: Rossana is a wonderful host, very kind and friendly.
Everything was great, I don't like sleeping with high pillows. Just as a recommendation, having more pillow options would be nice.

Rosanna was very friendly and knowledgeable about Rome with a map of all the hot spots ! She provided sweets each morning and was accommodating to our extra requests ! She is a great host and would recommend her place to anyone !

External bathroom BUT we did have a bigger bathroom with a bigger room which made up for it not being attached and we didnt see other guests often at all

The owner Rossana is very enthusiastic and attentive!
Beautiful and delicious desserts were prepared for us.
The environment is very clean and you will smell the tasteful fragrance as soon as you enter the door. Rossana made our stay in Rome a perfect experience and we are so grateful to her.

Rossana was a wonderful host; welcoming, friendly, helpful. Location was incredible, 5 minutes to a grocery store, 10 to the metro, and walking distance to main attractions in Rome. Wonderful place to stay, would recommend to any of my friends/family traveling to Rome and would 10/10 stay again!

We had a wonderful stay in the Aquarius Inn. The location was perfect for us as it was a very short walk to the train station. There were also some excellent restaurants on the same street as the B&B. Rossana was the perfect host. She gave us lots of great recommendations as well treating us to some homemade treats during our stay. The room was very comfy and our room came with a lovely en-suite. The breakfast was self service and it was perfect for us to set us up for a busy day of sight seeing. If visiting Rome again we would definitely stay here as it felt like a home away from home. Thank you Rossana.

The B&B is in a nice area within walking distance of the train station and the historical centre of Rome. Beautiful clean well maintained rooms and Rosanna is an amazing host who is happy to spend time giving you hints and tips to help you make the best of your time in Rome. The homemade treats she leaves each day are such a nice touch. Enough variety at breakfast to set you up for the day. This was our 2nd visit to Rome and 2nd stay at Aquarius Inn, Im hopeful for a third.

Everything was perfect. Exceeded all expectation. Host baked fresh cookies and surprised us after returning from a day away from the room. Both restaurants out the front door were delicious. Central location was perfect for walking or bus access. Ross was perfect in performance and accommodating our early check in. BENE BENE

The owner was very helpful and kind. She gave us advices related to locations and many other things in Rome and also provided us with coupons to different places. The location was a great advantage as everything was so close either by walk or bus.

Rossana is a wonderful host; we could not have felt more welcome. She left baked treats and fruit every day in our room, with some delightful extra touches when she discovered it was my birthday. She is a lovely person and went out of her way to help us make the best of our stay in Rome.
Other reviewers are complaining about the breakfast; yes, it's basic but it's plentiful. You are in Italy, don't forget, where they breakfast lightly. If you want something more sumptuous, Rossana allows you to store your own supplies in the kitchen fridge. You can't cook here, but there is a microwave for reheating if you need it.

Rosanna was very thoughtful and always pleasant. She left us treats each day. The bed had a new mattress and was very comfortable. We had a nice room with a window overlooking the street.

Rossana is an excellent host! She managed to prepare the room earlier for and gave us very detailed instructions of what's worth seeing and about all things like transportation or shops and restaurants nearby. Also was happy to answer our questions during the stay. The room and whole place was cleaned every day, and we also got nice sweet surprises everyday :) really recommend
