The staff was very responsive to our messages, the room was clean and in a good area. The location was equidistant from the Vatican and the Colosseum as well as very close to a metro station.
An iron and ironing board would have been nice but we had brought a steamer.

Perfect location! The metro station was just outside our door. Liked the neighbourhood too. It was clean, and we had a great communication with the manager. They provided us with free water bottles and coffee pods.
We had a slight incident with the shower head which fell the moment we turned the shower on, but thankfully no one was hurt and the manager fixed it immediately after we told her.

Location is perfect. Close to the Vatican and next door to a metro station.
Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Accomodation was clean and well organised.
The host was responsive and provided free bottles of water each day.
The only issue with the accomodation was sound.
We stayed Saturday to Wednesday. On 3 of the nights you could hear music from bars below until midnight. On 3 of the mornings we were woken up by cleaners in the hallway around 7am talking and moving around.
If sound isn't a deal breaker for you.. I would 100% recommend this accomodation.

- great location, near subway with lots of souvernir shops and cool places to eat
- easy access to the room, self check in and check out
- coffe machine in the room, both decaf and regular options for coffee. Also a mini bar with goodies like mini tarts, cookies, candies and chocolate + a variety of tea bags. All free and replaced everyday while cleaning.
- AC that can be used to warm the room a little bit if you’re sensible to cold during the winter.

- Cristina, the host, was so nice and welcoming. We exhanged messages since the day before our arrival and she left us very clear instructions about how to check in, along with photos on every step - si helpful and nice. She responded quickly at our messages, even early in the morning. She made our stay so nice.
- there is a whole apartment with 4 rooms and the walls are thin so you will hear everyone speaking in the other rooms. Therefore there s almost no privacy because of the bad soundproofing.

We had a very pleasant stay in Domus Avi! The location was perfect, just some metres from the metro station. The guest house has been recently renovated, so everything looked nice and brand new. Even though it's situated in a busy area, we didn't hear any noise and we could sleep very well. Also the communication with Cristina was perfect, she also helped us to find a good taxi company very quickly. We'll be happy to have another stay there in case of our next stay in Rome.

First thing: the ubication of Domus Avi Vaticano is perfect, because it has the entrance of the underground 50 mts away, that connect you with all the places in the center of Rome. It's at walking distance of the Vaticano, and it has a lot of good Restaurants near to it.
Second: The Room was so clean (cleaned every day), modern, and new. The bathroom was spacious and and the shower works perfect and powerful.
Extras: The room has a coffee machine to prepare some hot drink, and also has a mini-fridge.
It could be good if they change the towels every day, but for me is just a minor detail.

Super clean, very cozy little room. The TV with streaming apps was great to have after a long day of exploring the city. The staff is very nice and there’s a metro station right outside. Also the shower was great and it had a steady supply of hot water. Highly recommend this place!

We did not have the breakfast option so no comment to make Location was excellent walk8ng distance to Vatican and uber drivers had no issue with finding the place The room was excllent with good quality bedding towels and the size was fine air con worked well overall very satisfied Good communication with management and the cleaning staff do a great job very comfortable thank you I would certainly recommend this place to others
Be careful if you are walking around the bed that you dont kick the frame Also if it rains be careful of the tiles in the entranceway to the property as they can be very slippery
