I truly liked the location. It was not far to access the buses (5 min walk) or the metro (10-12 min walk) and so close to the colosseum. I will say that check-in was fine. When in the room, anything happening in the hallway is easily heard. Anything happening beside you is very easily heard. It was unfortunate that we happened to have a 3 year old next to us and received a crying and screaming child wake up call on the only morning we would be able to sleep in. Then the running of the child was a thundering accompaniment. I reached out to management and they contacted the family in that room but I believe it only made it worse because things seemed to be even more louder than before. The breakfast was decent. It consisted of a croissant/person; juice; milk; cereal; jelly and packaged toast. They provided dishes/pots/pans/kitchen gadgets along with a microwave/fridge/stove top. The terrace was nice, but no view to be had except looking into rooms across the breezeway of the neighboring building.
Noise from the hallways and room beside you is easily heard.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the Colosseum — and everything felt extremely safe. A huge shout‑out to Tufi at reception! He truly went above and beyond, even helping us with our luggage on check‑out day. His kindness and professionalism made our experience even better. We are very happy and would definitely stay here again!

Review
I normally don’t provide reviews but I think I’ll do this one to provide genuine feedback to others.
If people provide reviews based on service yes I’d say it’s worth 9.0 however the facilities can only get 6.0
Facilities: the biggest problem is the age. The apartment is old with all the furniture, facilities very old.
Kitchen: don’t have a rangehood, basically can’t pan fry anything. No non-stick pan, makes the cooking can only boil or slow cook stuff.
No drain in the kitchen, hard to dry bowls after wash, only having one tea towel
Kettle I have to press super hard to open as it’s half broken.
All the photos seems polished just to look good.
Bathroom: even a small Asian woman, id say the shower is extremely small, literally 600mm half circle, the door is not closing properly so water comes out of the shower.
The hood to the shower head is too tall and that’s the only option. Worth upgrading the shower.
Toilet, shower and basins are in one shower room with NO ventilation fan! The smell! You can tell. The toilet is squeeshy that’s why they don’t have any photos even polished.
Bedroom: aircon is making funny and loud noise even during the day.
Corridor light is on and off all the time.
Jumped fused once every night when we were cooking normally.
Dining table is too small for four people, we had to move the balcony table over.
Service: WhatsApp is very responsive. Breakfast is a bonus: cereals, crosoint, fruit juice, milk and the hard bread.
Laundry service is free for 5 nights plus otherwise €10 per bag. We understand our bag is heavy, however considering we stayed for 4 nights, I think I deserve a normal €10 per bag not a €20 per bag.
In having all these of only give an overall 7.0 and honestly would NOT recommend for other people.

Very spacious for a family of four. Good location. And we appreciated they were able to accommodate breakfast in our room.
In the green room the heater was extremely loud when it kicked on. But at least it worked great.

We enjoyed the breakfast.and it was with in 2.5 miles from everything and that’s nice.bath tub was nice once they gave us the correct room /that we had booked.
We were given a room that we did not book originally then was given the room a day later.and in the second room couldnt hold a WiFi connection for 7 days.then the power kept going out/breaker.then had a sewage odor that was resolved.then all the heaters were not working staff got 1 to work but brought a space heater to replace the one not working.

I was traveling with children and expected a healthier and fresher breakfast option for them but it was not provided
I requested a refund for the missed night due to my flight delay but neither the hotel nor Booking collaborated

Location close by Coliseum, bus lines and metro. Bed was very comfortable and kitchen well appointed.
WiFi a little slow at times but not always. Shower water on cooler side until last day it was very hot.

Not much. Hard to say.
We ware told that the hotel is over booked. We moved in between 3 rooms in our 4 nights stay. All apartments are different, some cheep, some a bit cozy. However, the price was realy high for the quality. Breakfast was realy bad. It was not hot water for a day. Next day the boiler was changed by 5 people and it took them all day.

The colors are overwhelming; there are lots of useless details , but shortage of what was actually needed / plastic dishes is a minus minus. The interior, the way furniture is arranged was disappointing/ the quality of beds as well.

The apartment was well maintained, clean and well equipped. Perfect accommodation for a family. The night we arrived, it was my wife's birthday and the apartment managed arranged a heart warming surprise for her. The staff at front office were so friendly, helpful and nice, and gave lots of ideas and suggestions for exploring the city. All problems and concerns were handled by Mary in record time, no matter what time it was. I would really love to come back to this apartment. The location was so close to Colleseum that you can visit it anytime you feel like. Very close to public transport, groceries and restaurants.

Everything about our stay was incredible ! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our stay in Rome amazing. The apartments are located very close to the coliseum and are on a very quiet street. You get the best of both worlds ; apartment living with the convenience of a hotel staff. They even provided us with a variety of delicious gluten free goodies each morning for breakfast and with scheduled transportation when requested. Everyone was friendly and it was just the most amazing experience. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I was fortunate enough to are enough to visit beautiful Roma again. Thank you !

Location, staff, khan was world class and his colleagues were of great help really, room was amazing I got the pink one, I had great time and I loved the place with its decoration, got the chance to park the car downstairs and I really appreciated it !
