The location was the best, just a few minutes from the Colosseum, many restaurants, and a tobacco shop(needed to buy bus tickets). The kitchen was very well equipped with the utensils and appliances. And the staff was so kind and always ready to help with anything.
In their endeavour to be sustainable they had provided some paper soaps which were not efficient in cleaning.

The location and the staff are the highlight of this accomodation. Very nice and friendly staff always willimg to help and available on WhatApp. I forgot a wallet in the room after check out and they were super helpful to ping me on WhatsApp and send the wallet by post top!!
Also the appartment is well furnished with all you need - cutlary, scissors, wine opener, anything what you might need really. Last thing which made my day every day is the gelato 30 seconds away from the accomodation at the corner of the same street. Amazing Gelatto with many flavours and SOOO tasty!

No couch or common place to relax Other than the table. Only 1 TV in the bedroom (if you have more than 1 adult and don't want everyone in your room) makes it less entertaining for the other guests

Absolutely beautifully decorated with vibrant colors. Very unique. Great location to be able to walk everywhere. The apartment has everything you might need. Comfortable bed, the kitchen and a nice private balcony. The staff was super nice and helpful. They kept my bags for almost a full day when I leaving. I'd recommended this as a great experience!

Absolutely everything was perfect! Staff were so attentive and friendly. The room was SPECTACULAR and exceeded our expectations. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE! Really quiet too, so surprised! Can't beat the location either, so close to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. Thanks to the staff for such a wonderful experience to start our holiday!

Location: This apartment is in a GREAT residential quiet location within walking distance to the Colosseum and The Forum. Communication: Mary was really helpful with communications before we arrived and arranged a driver to bring and drop us to the airport. She also organised for us to have a plug in mosquito repellent as my son is allergic to them. Facilities: The shower was brilliant and kitchen had a great collection of SMEG appliances. The air conditioning worked well. The staff at reception were also really helpful and spoke good english. Breakfast is provided each morning in a bag and consists of cereal, fresh croissants, juice, milk and a toast thing. Size: It was perfect for the two of us but I can't imagine having two couples or even a larger family as there is really only one room with a divider partition/curtain separating the living space.
The title 'Luxury Penthouse' conjured up images in my head that were not consistent with this arty, colourful and quirky apartment. It might be better to title it a large apartment in a great location.

Apartment is central, close to colosseo - within walking distance. Both metro and bus stops are withing 4 mins walk from the Apartment.
The staff is very helpful & responsive. We were mostly communicating via Whatsapp - very convenient.
The place is somewhere in between a self catering and b&b - they do provide the option of breakfast to be picked up from reception every morning. The croissants are not to be missed! Cleaning service is optional - property enforces it after 3 days of stay. Laundry service is available as well.
Unfortunately, during our stay, we had construction going on the floor beneath us - the noise started from early in the morning, which is not ideal especially if you want to sleep-in. Would have expected the property to at least inform us before we arrived/ when we arrived.
One other thing is the sofa bed - not exactly a 'bed'. The mattress was too hard.
Overall it was a positive experience.

Staff were lovely, very accommodating for our family and had great recommendations - no request was too difficult for them. It was a great location, close to the Colosseum and rest of the city is easy to walk to (or to catch Metro, if you don't like walking).
