Wonderful
The apartment we received was very spacious and we hade enough privacy in it as the kids were in one area and we were in another one. The beds and pillows were super comfy; received some treats that were so helpful as we arrived late and had something to nibble on :) The owner Cecilia was super nice and responsive before and during the stay. The location is perfect for both site seeing , night time and shopping.
The only issue - if at all - was the sounds of the street early at 5-6am (weren’t bad but worth mentioning if u r a light sleeper) and the below restaurant that does creat some noise during the evening but nothing that made a real problem.

Very Good
Large comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with all basic amenities, fully equipped kitchen. Well maintained with additional bed space in the living room (sofa cum bed). Well located with restaurants at the doorstep, bus stop a 5 min walk away, grocery 3 mins away.
Veronica (the landlord) was simply amazing - courteous, prompt and ever helpful.
Station is quite far (15 min walk on cobbled paths) if you are traveling into Rome with luggage.
The lift is tiny and like a vertical coffin?
Plus point is, atleast there is a lift and you don’t have to carry your luggage up.
The floors just don’t feel clean even after they had just been cleaned. Maybe it’s a problem with the type of flooring.

It was better than expected, beds were very comfortable, plenty of bath towels, extremely safe and an owner/representative met us to explain different parts of the apartment that she thought would make us more at home.
There were a few dirty pans which the owner put right in the dishwasher for us (which was great!). We felt the non-stick frying pans were old and flaking so we didn’t use those. We didn’t want to use the dishwasher for a few easy breakfast dishes but couldn’t find a dish towel for drying. The bath hand towel was perfect.

Great location, modern, very clean, and super host. We were 2 couples with toddlers and we loved it and wouldn't hesitate to book the apartment again.l. Our host (Cecilia) was very responsive and always ready to help. She even let us stay much later than the checkout time which saved us from lot of inconvenience.

Great location and spacious, suited our family of 5.
The property has a small entrance which is also used as luggage storage for other guests staying in the complex, and cleaning equipment. We were not made aware of this (communication was poor) and were surprised to come back to our room after a day out to find someone else’s luggage in this area. A few words of advice for the owners...
The apartment is in a great location and we loved it. We enjoyed the stay, up until the issues yesterday. Firstly, as a guest we were not aware the front foyer area was for others to access and leave luggage or use cleaning equipment. This needs to be communicated in advance to avoid confusion and surprises to guests. We secured the door because we did not know why someone else’s luggage was in front of our door. Secondly, please retrain Silvia. She needs manners and professionalism to work in this industry, and learn how to communicate politely with people. To approach us rudely and aggressively during our stay is very poor. She needs to control herself when speaking with paying guests, not yell. She also complained about having to stay back on Friday until 7pm waiting for us, which as you know was out of our control due to transport strikes. Unprofessional. People like her give Roma a bad name. Thank you for the stay, but we will not be back after Silvia’s rude, ignorant attitude to guests.

We loved the apartment it was very spacious and so clean so central to restaurents and a few attractions. Loved the period style lift in the biulding that was our saviour very greatful for that. The Host was so beautiful and kind will definitely come again with friends.
Only one thing needed more cupboard storage 'hanging clothes" in the primary bedroom.

Everything . The location was fantastic, close to the Spanish steps, all the shops. The host is super friendly and very accommodating. She was available for any request or question . Check in and check out process is super easy. A/C available which is important during hot summer days in Rome.

Lovely owners, fabulous apartment, great location
We didn’t have anywhere comfortable to sit because we needed the living room as a sofa bed. More ideal for 4 people and we were a family of 6.
Quite noisy outside but keeping windows closed helped a lot.
