Close to the bus stop
What you see in booking not what you find very tight room very noisy at night no staff at all no reception it’s like you are having a place to sleep that’s it. And for that I won’t pay more than 20 or 30 € max not 120

Very nice hosts, who helped us plan our day out. The soaps smelled good. Good baked goods for breakfast and coffee. Great place to stay if you have a car.

The staff and owner were very welcoming and the place was accessible with bus. The owner even changed our rooms on the spot when concerns were raised.
Unfortunately the room and bathroom were not as clean as I would have expected. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom into the room, mold and some kind of black dirt on the shower head. But I appreciate the fact that the owner changed our rooms when we raised this issue. The new room was a bit better.

Very nice place, definitely coming back. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful, explained us how you get to the centre by bus ou metro, and both are just a few minutes walking. Good breakfast and during the all day the coffee and snacks are available.

I was supposed to stay at the hotel for two nights. On the day of my arrival, my plane was canceled so I wrote a message to the hotel whether it is possible to reschedule the reservation, a few minutes later I wrote a second time, but I will be able to arrive on the scheduled day. The hotel wrote back that there is no problem. Around 10 pm on the day of arrival, when I was heading to the hotel I got a message" we have a problem with your room" around 24 I reached the hotel. It turned out that they do not have free rooms. They offered me accommodation in another place, having no other option since it was already very late I agreed. The new accommodation was different from my initial reservation. I booked a private hotel and received an apartment shared with other people, the room was dirty. The next day I was able to return to my initial reservation. I proposed a lower amount due to these situations but the owner did not agree. They knew they had no vacant rooms but did not inform me in advance. The next day my booking on booking was canceled probably so I could not assess the facility and write these reviews.

Great location on the outskirts of the city, very easy arrival by car. Excellent train connection in 12 minutes comfortably and safely to the center ( Flaminia Square) and the subway station. Free parking at the hotel. Reception was excellent and always extremely available for any help, the breakfast was delicious and made with love.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.the room was cleaned regularly. It’s based in a nice location, which is not too far from the city centre.Quiet and peaceful district, with train and bus station nearby. Next to the hotel is a small restaurant with delicious Italian dishes.

Very friendly and helpful host. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. Nice garden and free coffee.
The location was a challenge - a long bus journey into the centre of Rome, or a taxi.

Very warm welcome from the boss. Very helpful and informative too. Had really great feeling about everything and had free lift to the train station offered by his Dad. Fantastic bonus and greatly appreciated. Room was nice and comfy too and the bathroom even had his and her sinks, plus a bidet.
No coffee cups in the room. Bathroom window would not open. Shower bracket is broken.
