Great location , the area is well placed for all the main sites. Nice area plenty bars restaurants but not crazy busy. Hotel is hidden away , super quiet and peaceful. Room spacious and clean. A boutique vibe , small and charming.
Staff really helpful - recommending places to go and booked us a living rooftop bar for drinks
More storage for clothes - some drawers would be helpful - not a deal breaker

Clean, spacious rooms with high ceilings which really adds to this. It's in a great location which allows you to walk out in the hustle and bustle of Rome. The staff were very helpful.

Large size room for our family of 4 in a great neighborhood in Rome. Super clean with comfy beds and strong AC. Staff at reception went out of their way to help us with bags, provide recommendations, and help us settle in.

The location was excellent. Building is located on a quieter street. Everything in the room was clean and tidy. Air conditioning works really well in the middle of summer. Staff was very friendly, especially Charmaine.

The staff was the best part. They went above and beyond to take care of us and guide us around. Secondly, the beds were comfy, the room and shower were bigger than expected and the 3 of us had enough space. Will stay here again if I’m lucky enough to visit Rome again.
The shower was a bit clogged but once we alerted staff, they took care of it.

The hotel is a nice mix of an old style building and newly renovated rooms. The room was spacious, comfortable, very clean, well equipped, had air conditioner, safe box, and great bathroom. The hotel location is amazing at the very center of fun neighborhood with shops, bars and restaurants, walking distance to everything and public transportation. The receptionist were friendly and helpful, check in and out was quick and easy.
There were times when there was no one at the reception, but they answered whatsapp messages very quickly and we're helpful.

Great location in a nice street filled with good places to eat.
Excellent breakfast in a restaurant right in front of the property.
Short walking distance from the main attractions.
Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Incredibly Clean - room, bathroom, reception and public areas. Ideal Location - 20 minute or less walk to sites. There are also many restaurants nearby. Friendly and Helpful - staff was young and very eager to assist. Hair dryer, plenty of towels and mini refrigerator in our room was really nice. Secure - code to get in the building and another code to get onto each floor.

(Something to be aware of if you have issues with steps is that you do walk up one flight once inside to get to reception. Then from reception 1/2 a flight to get to the lift. Also, if you are on the top floor you will have to walk up another 1/2 flight to get to that floor.)

The location was absolutely perfect. The street we were on was close to Piazza Navona and the heart of the city, and there were many restaurants and bars right outside the door. The staff who checked us in were extremely helpful and friendly and organized a taxi to the airport for us. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed, including air con, fridge and kettle. Would definitely stay again for our next trip to Rome.
There can be a bit of noise from other rooms, including pipes, but we didn't have any issues with this at all and had no trouble sleeping.

Perfect location, spacious apartment, clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms. Kitchen with amenities. Everything great. Check in & out was swift & easy, hotel staff very friendly & helpful. They also organized a transfer to & from the airport for us. Quick response time. The only very very minor thing is that the hair dryers in the apartment were a bit outdated. But I guess they will be replaced shortly. Other than that everything was perfect & great value for money. Would definitely stay there again!

The location is perfect. The famous attractions are near the hotel, up to 25 minutes by walking. There are many great restaurants and cafes in the area. There is also a pharmacy nearby and a taxi stand. The room was clean, with all the conveniences provided: shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, towels, and water kettle with tea bags and instant coffee, sugar packs and even cream. The sraff was friendly and helpful. I recommend it. I will come back definitely.

Very good location, right next to famous tiramisu and Frigidarium gelato. Cleaned every day, and was generally very clean. Modern and new, huge bathroom. Carrefour right next door is a huge plus, we sometimes bought breakfast there.
The only thing you need to be aware of is that you need to take a short stair up to the rooms from the elevator. This was fine for us and not a problem at all, but should be taken into consideration if stairs are a problem. There was also a taxi stop right behind the building, which was very convinient for getting to airport. All taxis in Rome have same rate for airport.
