Roberto’s place was nice - it was great to have the 2 bedrooms for our kids have 2 twins each. The AC worked very well so we all slept comfortably. The location was good for getting to all the different areas and easy to get on the bus. Roberto was very responsive and an excellent host!
We would love to have 2 pillows per bed - thank you!

Roberto was an amazing host and super friendly!! He’s quick to respond to questions and offers great advice on how to get around and places to see. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Location is perfect as it’s in a quiet neighborhood but yes walking distance to trains/bus routes that get you around the city. My family and I mainly walked since pretty much everything you can walk to. We ate at some of the lovely little bistros right around the corner where the staff was nice and helpful as well.

This place was very conveniently located near the Vatican. It was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room to spread out. Also had a terrace above our level where we had a beautiful of St. Peter’s dome.

We were close to the Vatican and very close to transportation and cafes. The beds were really comfortable and the east and west facing windows allowed for sunlight during the day. We had a good view of the Basilica from the balcony off of the kitchen. The immediate neighborhood was surprisingly quiet

Roberto was excellent, he was looking after us from beggining to end. He help us to do the check in late in the middle of the night as our flights were late. After that he gave us a nice bottle of wine to enjoy our stay. He also helped us with important information, tourist information, buses etc. He gave us the notice for the check out on time and helped us to get a place to storage our bags. In General, was absolutely Brilliant!
We appreciated all the help, we just are not too used to sweets in the morning! Breakfast was more likes sweet pastries which is very normal in Italy. We are from different countries so we have different likes so we had some of it too!!! MANY THANKS :)

We loved everything and Roberto was exceptional arranged taxi from airport to apartment then met and greeted us on arrival full of loads of advice and tips on how to get around places to go to. Very friendly all round. Definitely recommend staying here

The host was fantastic. He was very friendly and full of information. My recommendation is that you reach out to him and ask for advice before you arrive. He knows a lot about the city and can be very helpful. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we highly recommend it.

The host was fantastic, and would rate 10/10. It was close to the Vatican to walk and bus routes.
The description of the apartment was not accurate. It said there was a TV and there wasn't. The courtyard view was of other apartments and their washing, and the view of the Vatican was from the rooftop, which also had lots of washing and strange smells. The host did let us know that there was an error in breakfast being provided but was nice enough to provide ample supplies.

The apartment was very spacious and clean. Roberto met us at the apartment and walked us through the apartment, and showed us the rooftop view on top of the apartment. The view at night was wonderful. There are also two small balconies that we used to sit out on and relax after a long day of walking. Roberto also filled the refrigerator with food for breakfast and some snacks as well. The location of the apartment is a very easy walk to the Vatican City and the museum. There are plenty of good restaurants in the area, and very close to the train station and bus stops. Which makes getting around Rome very easy. There is also a market that is 1 block from the apartment, which is very convenient for picking up a quick lunch or snacks. Roberto will send you updates on a daily basis as to what is going on in town, and if you need assistance with locating something, he is available through WhatsApp to answer your questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your next stay in Rome, and we will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome.
There really isn't anything bad to say about this apartment other than the elevator to the apartment, which is small, but so are all the elevators in most of the older buildings in Rome.

The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk from St Peter's Basilica and 5 minutes from San Pietro station. Roberto is a wonderful host and could not be more helpful.
Being a residential block, the neighbours like to complain about any hint of noise.

First of all, Roberto was the most wonderful landlord that you could ever meet. He was so helpful in every possible way to make our stay as comfortable as possible, from having the refrigerator full of food and snacks to providing us maps to get to the various places and transportation options. Second, The location was incredible. we had so many options for restaurants within walking distance, a bar and grill at the end of the street, a small supermarket nearby to buy fruits and drinks, the sites were within walking distance and even if we had to take a taxi somewhere, it was very inexpensive.And the beds were very comfortable.
There was nothing we didn't like.
