Over priced and in the middle of nowhere , could do with some damp tratment . Also squeezed in like sardines . One bed had brocken slats . I only booked as i had problem with another propety. My advice is only book 5 star properties in italy . Everone is jumping on air b and b band wagon .

Ok location, close to supermarket. Easy digital key. Good parking space outside. Big terrace, good for kids as lots of space.
It was really unclean. Dirty dishes were put away into the counters. Barely any amenities inside the property. No coffee/tea maker as mentioned just a kettle. It was not cleaned to a good quality at all, I could have stayed elsewhere and payed way less for that quality of service. Especially as the furniture was old and outdated. The chairs were ripped and torn, and one was broken. No landmark/mountain view as mentioned. I booked for 4 nights and after the first 2 nights I said I will check out as I was not happy at all if they would refund me for the two remaining nights, I told them in the evening and they replied at 10pm saying its not possible. 2pm the next day they phoned me and said you can do that if you wish, obviously I would not do that as I wouldnt have a place to stay and Im with my family, my day in Rome would just be me moving accommodation. Especially as we had 2 suits cases and a baby, there was no lift in the property, had to go up 2 flights of stairs which was tiring. I would think it would be worth more if was refurbished and cleaned properly as well as proving more to guests inside the flat.

Apartment is nicely furnished could add some basic staff, like tea oil coffee, salt sugar etc.Location is far but achiavable by metro and buses.
Location is quite far away from center city of Rome .Could be more basic staff for guests, like oil salt, sugar tea ,cofee.

Honestly, not much. There was a supermarket close, one bed was ok and the bathroom was ok.
The location - very far away from centre and not so easy accessible by punlic transport. The couch bed - the worst and most uncomfy one weve ever slept in. The overall comfort in the apartment - it doesnt have any, the big terrace but nothing to use on it or use it for, definitely not for 5 people since the couch is terrible to sleep in. The host was nice but she didnt know almost any English so it was hard to communicate anything.

Comfortable, quite area, a short bus ride from the metro to get downtown. Has a kitchen for cooking thats well stocked and a grocery store very close.
Not many restaurants near.

The terrace was pretty large and nice, calming. The web-key is really helpful, it allowed all my family members to open the doors whether we were separated or together. Wifi was good too.

The property was clean and owner was helpful
No real living space. The apartment only had one TV in the bedroom, nowhere else to sit other than the dining table.

Spacious apartment and lovely spacious outdoor area.
The kitchen area was nice
Cleaner was friendly and kept the main building clean and tidy
The sofa was dirty and unclean.
The headboard of the bed was ripped to pieces.
The walls were drawn on perhaps by children and dirty, I dont understand why you wouldnt paint the walls.
The bathroom shower had mold at the bottom, unclean.
No iron or fully functioning kettle
Curtains did not fit some of the windows
You could hear every word the apartment next door was saying, it sounded like they were in the room with you. The apartment has obviously been split by a partition but not sound proof at all.
