Amazing central location, spacious apartment, very clean. Fast Wifi. Great view of the monument, walking distance from most of the tourist attractions and close to the Hop on Hop off bus. Highly recommend and will return if I come back to Rome!
Sometimes difficult to get a taxi at the door because it's a very busy area and taxis tend to be full. Would probably be easier if you could get a transfer arranged when you are departing.

If you are looking for the perfect place in Rome, you have just found it! Great location of the apartment - close to all attractions of Rome. It is a bit of a walk to the metro station, but there are plenty of activities along the way to make the hike more pleasant. Francesca was very helpful - thank you.

We did not opt for a breakfast. We met Francesca at the apartment front door. We were picked up by a Mercedes arranged by the apartment. The only down side is I wish we would have known we had to pay this to the driver rather than getting billed. Luckily we had a bunch of Euros. The room was immaculate and the location and view was superb. We never used the kitchen but with all the paces to eat, we wouldn't eat in anyway. The stay was great.
The driver being paid separately was a bit strange. I didnt like the entryway. The front doors are gorgeous but sandwiched between two restaurants. Really close tables we had to squeeze in between with people smoking. Several nights there was trash piled up on the sidewalk in front of the entry door. Its Rome so goes with the territory. nothing with the room was any issues!

The central location is excellent. The appartment is large nice and very well equiped with all required facilities, new a d well organized. The team, Ivona and Daniel were nice very helpful.
The location on Google maps is shown on the wrong side of the street, and the building numbers are not easily found. So in case of lost communication with team, as happened to us, it was very difficult to locate the appartment. It is also advised to add english channels on TV.

Wonderful
It was the best location, especially since I had a broken foot during my visit. Has a small elevator. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful, helpful staff. Great apartment with a superb view.
We were a little taken aback by the high penalty fee to check in after 8:00pm (30 after 8 or 50 after midnight) and the earlier than normal check out time (10:00 AM!!) We get it that the staff has to stay later, but it's the only Airbnb we've ever stayed in that has such high charges. The only other thing that would have been great would have been some little creamer packets for the coffee.
