The apartment easily fit our group of 10 and could have comfortably fit 12 adults. It was clean with lots of space for everyone and the service was excellent. Francesca met us at the door when we arrived and helped us arrange transportation from the airport. It was a great experience.
Though sites are somewhat close and the metro is about a 10 minute walk, we had some elderly people w us and the walks were more than we anticipated. We also extended an extra day and the charge was significant.

Great location - just on the edge of touristy section so it was quieter and more local.
Very friendly staff that responded quickly and efficiently to every request.
Comfortable bedrooms and a couple of large rooms for our group to meet.
Showers are very small and the one with the tub is too low to be practical.
No clothes dryer (but that is how it is in Italy; it is to be expected).
Kitchen was fine, but there should be a picture of it on the website.

In close walking distance to everything, we walked to the colosseum and Trevi fountain within 25 mins. The apartment was in a nice clean and safe area. Close to some lovely restaurants and bars. The apartment was warm, spacious and we had plenty of room as a family of 7.

The apartment is exactly as it looks online- it is enormous and has amazing amenities. The location is fab- walking distance to most things- only about 10 minutes from Termini station. The hosts were great and super informative
We were a little disappointed that the facade (and therefore a lot of the windows and some balconies) were covered by scaffolding. I’m sure this will come down soon but it definitely impacted the experience and limited the sun light into the apartment, which during winter was definitely welcome!

Beautiful apartment, very spacious, with laundry facilities, very spacious facilitieslved the old elevator
Price was higher than expected when we booked - we thought it included fees, but there were additional fees to pay when we arrived

Its a very big and comfortable apartment. Great Living areas and great wifi. Barbara is a fantastic host. We love this place. If we come back to Rome we would stay here again

Great location for sightseeing, up a slight hill but surrounded by excellent local restaurants.
Well appointed apartment but needs more cups and glasses. Broken door handles and shower bracket and poor water pressure but those problems didn't spoil our stay.
