The owner was late by an hour, booking said it was an emergency but in reality the owner claimed it was traffic, we had to wait and eat our takeaway meals outside. The address on Booking is incorrect too. The apartment is very good, has 2 bedrooms and even a balcony, a well equipped kitchen and a private toilet

Very quiet appartment, lots of space, very clean and everything was as showed on the pictures. Gabriella and husband are very flexible and patient, because I arrived much later than planned and though I received the keys upon arrival. Excellent bed, clean bathroom and very clean & spacy appartment.

The apartment was clean, big, the beds were comfortable, the extra-bed (sofa) was huge - fit for 2 persons, the TV had very good options for kids, too (Disney+) and all you could wish for, the kitchen was equipped with all you could need to cook (even a water filter!), we had all we needed for breakfast, a big balcony (and a small one, too). It was close to the bus station and in a quiet and safe private area.
A bit far from the Rome attractions (but the bus connection worked pretty well).

Disappointing
Close to the airport.
The apartment is just prepared to look good but actually if you look closer is not like that, tile cracks rust radiators, halls in the wall and on top of that electricity problems. We staid in the dark 45 min . No instruction left in the apartment , owner didn’t speak english at all, not albe to answer to a simple question.

Very Good
Location was quiet and really nice. There have not been so many options of restaurants, and groceries. However, the accomodation is really nice.
Connections to Rome are not so convenient. The best is to do it by car or taxi.

The host was amazing. She was super helpful and provided good quality Italian breakfast items. It was an excellent experience.
It is a bit far from the Rome city center, but it is easily accessible by bus and metro. It takes 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the main attractions of Rome.

Excellent apartment with all the facilities.
The location was not great, as we had just returned our car. Do really need a car. Otherwise all very good.Taxi was 35 Euros to The international airport.

Location and cleanliness was ok.
The toilet flush did not worked, but the owner reacted quickly to fix the issue. However the issue persisted a day after. The tumbler did not worked.

Nice quiet place, comfortable for family stay, with free large parking available. Hosts very helpful and nice - helped to order food during the first day offered help to sort out any issues. Nice balcony!
