The property was clean, everything was ready and in the morning the breakfast was so delicious and Alberto is good and polite, Grazie Almi rooms
The location was a bit far from city, but there was metro station near property , so its a little bit good

Alberto, the host is very friendly and helpful. He is very positive and uplifts the mood of every guest. The stay is quite clean and comfortable. Very good service. Almi rooms provide breakfast as well as tea, coffee or juice and we had to leave very early the next day morning, they gave us some food (breakfast) for the following day. The experience surpassed our expectations. Everything is 10/10, it's a 10 mins walk to the metro station Batistini.

Our host Alberto was super friendly and warm. Almi rooms surprisingly exceeded our expectations. It looked newly renovated and very clean. Host is all time available for any help on whatsapp.
All in all it was a comfortable stay.

Alberto is a great host who made us a fresh coffee every morning along our little italien breakfast. The cleaning staff is excellent. The room was very clean and we felt very much at home. Alberto gave us great advice about transportation and locations to visit. 10/10 would book again.
We were not in a busy neigbourhood but my friend says she heard a lot of noice from outside. However, I did not hear anything and I think these are normal noises for Rome. Disclaimer she lives 10 stories high in a quiet neigbourhood and I live on the first floor from a busier neighbourhood. Nevertheless, she also 10/10 would book again.

The parking for our motorbikes.
The host is very friendly, but he is a bit pushy about some rules around the kitchen. The breakfast is like praying, croissants and coffee.

A very pleasant stay in this place. The host was extremely helpful and polite. Access to the center is very easy and takes about 30 minutes on foot and by metro. Delicious croissants and excellent coffee for breakfast every day.
You can hear other guests through the walls sometimes

Alberto is a incredible host! The B&B is very cozy and well maintened. Room is spaceful, clean and smells very good! Breakfast is good and I recommend you to not eat everything so you can eat all the good pasta in Rome! Alberto also prepares Capuccinos in front of you!
The only thing which can bother a little is the distance from the metro station - a 20 minutes walk with a hill. Be aware that the access to the B&B can be a little hard for those with reduced mobility. There are no other things to complain about!
