Exceptional
Place made with heart. Hosts are extremely helpful and they genuinely like their guests. Small surprises like biscuits and juices that we received, we took with us and it saved our life in queue to St Peter's Basilica. And you'll not find better location - close to Metro A and B and to train to airport.

Centrally located, fifth floor apartment, within easy walking distance of many attractions. Pleasant host gives a simple tour which includes a communal kitchen with a large fridge which contains complimentary juice and water.
Although the bedroom is quite small and compact and has a very small en-suite shower room, there is adequate storage and it (the room and bedding) appears to be clean.
As we're right at the top of the property in the roof space there is a shuttered Velux window which is fine. There is also air-conditioning which works well.
The shower needs some coaxing and fine tuning. You quickly learn to live with the temperature fluctuations but the water pressure and temperature is more than enough.
The tiny wall hung tv doesn't work and there's no antenna cable, which was disappointing as the rugby world cup was on. The host is aware and says they had a lot of wind and it has disabled the antenna

Very nice place to stay! Excellent service, kind and hospitable owners. Highly recommended. Looking forward to come back. The location ot the Alma de Roma is very convenient and near to a metro station both to line A and B!
Next to the hotel is situated a family restaurant with best estimate prices versus quality!!!

Everything was awesome, the accommodation was really clean and really nice. The owners were fabulous and they did everything we needed. We had delay of airplane and they waited for us in the night to open. Also we got some snacks and we could keep there baggage after check out.
I can say truly, that there was none mistake.
