Great location for exploring the sites in Rome. Everything is within walking distance and only a 5 minute walk to the train station. Breakfast bars are located nearby for breakfast options.
Nothing, the only thing that may bother people who are less mobile is the final steps to the property, as the elevator doesn't go to the top floor.

This property is very well located and has a wonderful restaurant beneath it, called Ristorante La Famiglia, it’s so good in the evenings that you need to have a booking or be prepared to wait in a long queue
The shower is very tiny and there are stairs to get to the top level from the lift on the fourth level

Great location. Close to Termini station and 30 mins walk to most of the sites.
It's not a major issue: The stairs after a long day of walking.

Host and housekeeper were really friendly and informative. Free bottles of water and peach juice cartons every day was a lovely touch. The shower was powerful enough. And the location was great.

Our host Andrea was very kind and helpful. He sent us pictures and videos explaining how to font the place and how to check in. The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable. We could do a self check in as we arrived later in the evening. We could also leave our luggage after check out until we had to leave the city.
