Very cozy, retro apartment with a best host ever. She was very kind to us and gave us tons of useful information for our first vacation in Rome. Its a walking distance away from most attractions and has some local restaurants underneath with afforadble menus! I am sure to return to this property next time I am in Rome.

Great support upon arrival for a 3 night stay. Chiara made us feel at ease when getting to the location proved difficult due to a taxi go-slow. Advised us to take Bus 64 from Stand H at Roma Termini bus rank to Cavalleggeri stop across the street from our room. Sightseeing Rome from our location was an easy walk or bus trip. The room itself was clean and the bed really comfortable.
Missed a daily clean and refill of toilet paper.

Chiara is an amazing host the room was really really clean and cute. The bed was big enough and comfortable. We loved how our host was doing everything possible to provide us with what we needed. Also the location is great!
Its not about the property itself, its about the new law in Italy that we didnt know about heating works only a limited amount of hours per day, and it was quite chilly. But it applies to all hotels in Rome, so if youre planning to travel, just take some warm socks and pajamas.

Our host Chiara could not have been more welcoming, accommodating and helpful - with great advice on getting around and local places to eat (which were very reasonably priced with delicious Roman food). The location was fantastic with great transport connections and so close to the Vatican.
We had plenty of space and were very comfortable.
The road was a little noisy but not during the night time.

A 3-4 room flat transformed into 3 little, clean and nice separate rooms with own bathrooms. Location is absolutely great: everything is in a walking distance. St Peter's square is just across the road.
To have a little kitchen in this variant of accommodation would be absolutely wonderful. There is a kettle and a fridge in the apartment, which is not bad enough.

The location was absolutely fabulous and the room was lovely. Our host Chiara was the loveliest woman, so helpful! She gave us great tips of the area and property, called us a cab and made sure it was available in the morning as many cab drivers do not speak english and she supplied us with endless amount of toilet paper needed for middle aged women.
The bathroom was small but manageable with two women. We had to keep asking for toilet paper but received it promptly! Not necessarily a dislike but there were three old fashioned long keys needed to get into the room. My friend became very proficient to open all quickly usually.
