We had a very nice stay in Alexia’s apartment. The location was excellent – close to shops, transport, and all the main amenities. Everything was very convenient and made our holiday in Rome easy and enjoyable.
Alexia was kind and communicative, and we appreciated her messages. Although the kitchen could be improved a little, overall the experience was very positive.

Location and transfer to the city is ok.
The apartment wasn’t cleaned. Especially the bathroom had dirty floor, with hairs on the floor. The biggest problem was that the host left dirty and used ugly bedsheets on two beds, one was even with dirty brown stain. And hairs on the mattresses.
Because of mentioned dirty bedsheets two our members couldn’t sleep on these ugly bedsheets. Instead of that, they slept on a bigger towel.
After our request, the bedsheets and towels were changed.
Apartment is generally not bad, but should be much better maintained.

Location:
The apartment is situated in a pleasant residential neighborhood, conveniently located within walking distance of Metro Line A and the train station that connects to the airport. This prime location offers ease of travel for both local commutes and long-distance journeys. Additionally, a 24-hour mini market nearby ensures that essential items are always within reach.
Apartment:
Spacious and comfortable, the apartment is ideal for accommodating two families with two children each. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast and meals, including coffee, tea, sugar, and other basics. Although the apartment features only one bathroom, it is generally not a major inconvenience. The WiFi is fast and reliable, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity throughout your stay.
Hosts:
The hosts are exceptionally helpful and available from the moment you book until your departure. They can be reached via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone at any time, providing a reassuring sense of security upon arrival in Rome.
Two Areas for Improvement:
Heating:
The apartment would benefit from having more portable heaters, ideally one per room, as the central heating system is not always active. Despite traveling in May, the nights can still be chilly, so additional heating options would enhance comfort.
Bathroom Maintenance:
The bathroom requires some maintenance, specifically addressing the noisy and continuously leaking toilet flush. Fixing these issues would significantly improve the overall experience.
Additional Note:
Since the apartment is located in a building block, some noise from the upstairs neighbors, such as children running, can be expected. This is a common occurrence in shared buildings but worth mentioning for light sleepers or those seeking a quieter environment.

The kitchen has a kettle, dishes, spices, and tea and coffee. Therefore, it is possible to cook. The apartment was cleaned. The subway and small shops are nearby. The apartment also has a hairdryer, iron and towels
The downside is that the toilet flushes very loudly, you can hear it throughout the apartment. And the water from the shower leaks a little and the towel under my feet is constantly wet and does not have time to dry. It takes a little strength to open an apartment door

The appartment is very lovely. It is big, with tall ceelings. Outside the building is a small inner courtyard. The host and her daughter were very friendly. They were in contact with us over WhatsApp and always supplied us with all information needed. The location is quite good, the bus stop and also the metro are quite close. Also the train station is nearby. Supermarket very close. Quiet place for family vacation. We enjoyed ourselves. ?

The property is in a residential neighborhood - a short walk from the Re di Roma metro stop. One has to get through 3 sets of doors: a property gate, the main entrance, and the apartment door. The place is in good shape, spacious and comfortable. The place has WiFi. We could reach the heart of Rome via metro or taxi within 20-30 minutes. A train that goes to the airport is within walking distance.
In the evening, we went to the local shops to grab food - L'Ostrica Ubriaca is lovely. A 24/7 grocery store, gelato shop, pastry, and bakery shops are all 10 minutes away.
There is nothing to dislike. The place was as described and accommodations were as expected.

The appartment is very lovely. It is big, with tall ceelings. Outside the building is a small inner courtyard. The host and her daughter were very friendly. There is also a small booklet in the appartment with the info about nearby shops, sights, best restaurants. Really very thoughtful. The location is quite good, the bus stop and also the metro are quite close. Also the train station is nearby. We enjoyed ourselves.
Because it is an older building the ceelings are not very insolated, so we could here our neighbours upstairs starting their day early :). Drawers in the kitchen should be updated because they fell off. But the host reacted immediately.

Location was good on major transport routes and with good restaurants nearby ("Pluto's Roma" for great pizza and "Tira e Molla Roma" for the full restaurant experience. Very friendly owners who were good at communicating. They met us at the front gate at passed on tips about the local area and transportation as well as showing us the apartment. Slept 6 in comfort.
One set of keys worked very well, one set only with difficulty. Kitchen could have been a bit better organised and equipped for use beyond a simple breakfast. The property could accomodate more than 6 people in terms of sleeping, but the single bathroom might become frustrating.

I had no issues communicating with Alexia and the apartment met all of my expectations! The location is good, near Metro and Bus stations. There is also market nearby. The interior garden is divine!
It doesn't have air conditioning, only fans in every bedroom, and it can be annoying at night, for kids and adults.

Large apartment in a safe location, easy access to train and metro. The host was always willing to offer help and suggestions. For our family with 3 kids, the large rooms, laundry, kitchen were perfect for our time. We did not need a car and found some great restaurants close by.
