Location is exceptional. Breakfast is down the street and good. Room was beautiful and immaculate. Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours per day. Taxi stand at Pantheon is useful.
Elevator was out. Toilet could run unless you jiggle the handle If your are driving, do not drive to the hotel! Park at the Garage Trevi and taxi or walk to the hotel. We did not like the room charges - for the same room the price on one night was over $200 more under the same reservation - this is ridiculous. Had we been informed of this, we would have preferred to work directly with the Abruzzi than with the booking.com algorithm.

The front desk and sky cap were great and so helpful. The location was spectacular! We had a view of the Pantheon from every window! Close taxi stand and close walk to other sights.
A little noisy due to the fact we had a room directly in front of the Pantheon and visitors were outside very late and very early but thats to be expected.

The staff were so helpful - really excellent customer service. Great room with a view. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Shower pressure was good too. Air-Con worked and was quiet. Breakfast at the Cafe around the corner was very good, shame it wasn't one of the cafes that had view of the Colosseum.
Lift didn't work, but I didn't mind, as I had to work off all my eating and the Porter helped with my luggage.

Location, nice staff too
We were misled and told in an email we would have to climb 22 stairs to get to the elevator. This wasnt a problem. But in reality, once we got to the hotel, we were told there was no elevator at all and we had to climb 100 stairs to get to our room (with narrow steep staircase like a duomo climb). This basically ruined the whole trip for my 55 year old mom with back problems. Her main memory from Rome is the hotel experience and how exhausting it was to go back to the room/leave the room without falling down the stairs, and how she didnt look forward to going back to the room each day. She also greatly reduced her activities on the trip because she didnt want to come back to the hotel tired and then have to climb 100 stairs. I feel bad because she trusted me to book a good hotel and this was a total letdown, even though Rick Steves guidebook recommended it. We were mislead, not told the elevator was broken, and then werent given any refund or option to move to a lower floor.

It is the perfect location for walking to most of Rome's museums and famous sights, from the Vatican to the Colosseum. Many great and varied restaurants everywhere.
The room was located in the "annex" which was accessed from the street by one key, then a walk or elevator ride up to a hallway accessed by a second key, then the room accessed by a third key. The room was small as was the bathroom. No Pantheon view. The included breakfast was just around the corner at a restaurant with a staff that seemed unhappy. Both myself and my colleague speak decent Italian but the restaurant staff seemed tired of tourists. The major complaint we had was the price, which was the same as the adjacent Albergo del Senato which is a beautiful hotel with roof terrace and full breakfast buffet in the hotel and beautiful, large rooms.

The location was perfect, in the heart of ancient Rome.
Four stories walk up on spiral staircase was a daily challenge, there is no lift.
The breakfast at a local cafe was, at best, average.

The room was amazing, with a beautiful view to Pantheon. Really magical. The staff was incredible, very helpful and kind. The location could not be better. Great restaurants all around and close to everything you need. The room were always very clean and in perfect shape.
When we arrived they where remodeling the hotel, so they gave us a room in the next door building. At first look the entrance were a little disappointing, with piled stuff wen you open the door. But the room and the stuff where amazing and minimized this first impression.
