The location is excellent. Just a street away from the Vatican museum. Very nice and safe neighborhood, a bit away from the central area which is very crowded. The property itself is in a very nice building, everything was very clean and it was very quiet at night even though you share the place with other people. The breakfast was also very good. Vitto recommended a great Italian restaurant near the property and we had dinner there every night during the stay.

The room was pleasant, the bed comfortable, hot shower and very quiet. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. The staff were helpful and friendly.
The guest house is only a 5 minute walk to the Vatican.

Alba is a wonderful host. She put so much effort into everything, we were blown away. The breakfast was very tasty and varied, everything was done with a lot of love. The accommodation is right next to the vatican, that part of the city is beautiful, yet far from the big crowd. Metro and bus station are very close. Alba was there for all questions. Many greetings for Alba.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful owners.
Excellent location, within walking distance of must- see and holy places such as St. Peterss Basilica and the Vatican museums. Public transport right under our noses. Room is cozy, there is everything you need.

Everything was excellent! Hosts were nice, place was clean and cleaned everyday. Location is just perfect, we even walked to Piazza Navona from there or just few metrostations away from simply everything. There are nice restaurants around and a big attractive market across the street. Of course the Vatican is few minutes walking away. Breakfast was also very nice and there was something different every morning. Our toddler also liked the place and. If you are doubting about noise from the street, after 23:00 everything is getting calm quiet even in the weekend. If you are e few families as a company it would be perfect for you because the whole place will be for you only.

Location was good and property very clean. Staff were friendly and assisted with tourist attractions in Roma.
Good location, easy to find. Close to Vatican, if that is your interest. Bus station in front of property. A city Bus tour operator office in adjacent street.
Breakfast was a major highlight for me. Thank you Alba and team!

We really enjoyed our stay in the Alba Sul Vaticano. The apartment is located only few minutes away from Vatican with lots of really nice restaurants right around the corner. It's nicely furnished with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast area is very cosy and there is something sweet and salty served every morning We were very happy to see different kind of hams, cheeses and bread, we are not really fans of sweet breakfasts (we know it's popular in Italy) so it's very thoughtful on our host side to include something for guests with different preferences. A nice music was always playing for guests in the background during the breakfast - I very much enjoyed starting the day this way! Our hosts were extremely kind and thoughtful, we were allowed to leave the luggage for a half of the day in the apartment in the day when we checked out - this helped us greatly as we had our fight late in the evening. We highly recommend this place.
The only thing I can think of that could improve slightly is the coffee - but I have to admit that I am really picky when it comes to the coffee so it might be the reason why it did not suit my taste in particularly. Everything else was perfect.

we wish the breakfast was slightly earlier based on our activities in the morning. but we understand that its a lot of work to put together such a great meal every morning.
