Exceptional
- host accepted late evening checkin - good communication via WhatsApp - gluten-free options for breakfast (bread, some cookies, cereals) - normal breakfast was tasty and good - close to Vatican - appreciated being able to leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout - able to pay with credit card (city tax is required to be paid in cash so make sure to bring some with you)
- this was a personal preference: bed linens were a little too tough and scrunchy which made sleep uncomfortable - could use better quality for toiletries in shower

Great host, the location was near Vatican, they cleaned the room daily, good breakfast and I had one of the best scrambled eggs. The host was very nice and sociable.
A little bit noisy during the night on the street near us because they pick up the garbage, but after a day walking around Rome we had a very nice sleep.

Our experience at Hotel Alba Sul in Rome was excellent. The location is fantastic everything is easily accessible on foot or by metro, which made our stay very comfortable. The room was very clean and comfortable, and we especially want to highlight the kindness of the owners, who were always attentive and available. We had a problem with our flight to Rome, and they stayed in contact with us the whole time to help, which we truly appreciated. We definitely recommend this place without hesitation. Thank you very much for everything!
