A very nice room in a lovely old building with a charming old elevator. A nice balcony with a table and two chairs - a favorite place for coffee and sweets in the morning. Calm neighborhood, cute cafes, tram No8 to the center came every 5 minutes.

There are great restaurants, a produce market, and a small general store very close by. 25 minute taxi to Rome center. Room was very clean, no issues with anything.

Loved our stay in Rome and the apartment. The owner Roberto was lovely, really welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was very clean, well equipped and maintained a big bathroom and a balcony. The location was great, Piazza Venezia was easily reached by the number 8 bus about 20 mins away, the bus stop a nice pleasant safe 5 min walk away. The actual apartment is also in a lovely area full of restaurants, shops. Would recommend and book again when visiting the beautiful city of Rome. Roberto also provided a luxury chauffeur service from the airport direct to the apartment which was well worth the money and made the start of our holiday so easy.

It was a very nice stay with breakfast include. Fantastic relation quality price. Pretty good location with just 20 min approximately far away from Piazza Venezia by public transport. Because you have a bus stop 5 min away from the B&B. Which one is in a really Italian good neighborhood with some restaurants nearby. Of course Roberto the manager is a fantastic host. Our room was completely perfect with a comfortable bed, closet and desk to stow your things. And the wc was perfectly clean and equip. Is necessary to mention the balcony because you can enjoy having breakfast there in the sunny Roma.
We had breakfast include and it was really nice because you can eat coffee, juice, toast, etc every day and its totally full fill. To end we chose to go by taxi to Fiumicino airport and in 20 min we arrived there so very good location.

The place is perfect, equipped with everything you need, clean and very well maintained. The property is located in a very lively area, full of restaurants, shops and small cafes, close to all public transportation. Roberto is very nice and helpful, ready to assist you in every way possible.

The appartment was very clean (bed, bathroom, in general). Small but cozy with a terrace overlooking the street. The Owner Roberto welcomed us very warmly and showed us around. The location is good, you can reach it easily by taking a train from the airport, then a bus (and a bit of walking). Would definitely recommend.

Roberto was really helpful, gave a lot of advises on the places to see not only in the city, but in surrounding areas. Tram station is 5 minutes away, bus stop across the street, loads of cozy Italian restaurants and bars! Could not wish for a better place to stay!

Roberto was so helpful and friendly. He was able to assist us with information, taxis, local transport and even finding a PCR testing centre.
The place was clean, room was spacious and wifi was very good for all my video calls.
There was beautiful morning sun through our room window and they have full black-out electric curtains when we wanted to sleep in.
The area is fairly quiet and suburban and has great local restaurants nearby. About 25-30 minutes by tram from Venezia.
Thanks again Roberto, we will be back!

Nice and cozy apartment. Easy access to public transport 5min from the apartment in all directions. Lots of shops nearby. Roberto is a wonderful guest. Definitely we will book again when in Rome.

The room was very clean, i loved the view in the morning, not much noise even if it's a residential zone, the host is super nice, very welcoming and offered me the breakfast even if i didn't book it.
The bed is super comfy, and i had a desk to work at and was comfy to work all day.
