Firstly, Giulia and Danilo are great! They are warm, kind and helpful, and helped us so much. And also breakfast was amazing! Location is so close to Vatican (5 min. away from Vatican) the hotel is very clean. If i go to Rome again, certainly i stay at this hotel again. No reason to find another place. Here is the best choice. Thank you Danilo and Giulia

Perfect accommodation that I highly recommend. A cozy apartment, a magical terrace, a great location, and above all the best hosts!! Excellent communication, clear check-in instructions. Absolutely perfect breakfasts.

Amazing hosts Danilo & Giulia were very accommodating and happy to provide recommendations of where to go and eat. Very filling breakfast provided every morning.

Danilo and Giulia are so charming and helpful from the time we booked until the moment we left. Danilo responded very quickly to questions and was quick with recommendations. Breakfast was ample and prepared thoughtfully each morning in the kitchen. Location is sooooo convenient to the train, Saint Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museum, and is right on the main bus line to the Colosseum area.

The location was great for our purposes, and this small hotel was very clean and the breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety for everyone, also cosidering allergies and special diets.
The best part of the hotel was still the couple who own the hotel. We have travelled a lot, but never have we experienced such caring, friendly attitude like this before. These people were just amazing. Thank you so much for everything!

I would to warmly thank Danilo and Giulia for everything. They were amazing and so helpful. They prepared a really tasty breakfast in the morning. I got great advice about how to get to places.
The room was comfortable and quiet. The B&B is very close the Vatican. There are bus stops close to the B&B with buses going to for instance the Colosseum area.
I very much enjoyed my stay at the B&B.

Small but beautiful. It feels like a butique hotel, with just. A few rooms everything is so personalized. Danilo prepares each guest their breakfast. The room is comfortable, the bed is okei, the terrace is beautiful. Super close to the Vatican and the area is also very good
