Wonderful
One of the best hosts that I have encountered. Guilia not only gave me a good orientation to Rome and all important sights, she was kind enough to provide tips to good restaurants also.
The location was great and the room met my expectations, I had a couple of small requests that were promptly taken care of so I dont have any major problems to point out.
The toilet is nice and spacious but there is one annoying problem, there is no place to put soap or shampoo when you shower, I ended up putting it on top of the shower head but I dont recommend that if you are a smaller person :D
Would be nice to have a bit more toilet paper stored, I ran out of it on my last day and had to use my own paper towels.

Excellent property and very convenient to city Love the charm of this Room Does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all.
Unfortunately the fridge is quite loud, which is slightly annoying during the day but can make it hard to sleep during the night. I could of course turn off the fridge altogether, but I have food inside that I'd like to keep refrigerated.

Nice, clean, cozy place, with all amenities we needed. Guilia was very kind and helpful, communicate very well (better than all places we stayed). She made us feel at home.

All. It was the best choice I could make. Giulia and her mom were amazing. It is comfortable, even the room is very big, it is so well placed near to Vatican City and train and Buses stations. But the best of this place is Giulia, the owner, she was amazing, always concerned about everything. Definitely, I felt as Home.

Guilia was very helpful and kind. She left us treats in our room and answered all our questions.
The listing indicated that there would be a toaster, however it was not there. The network was down the last day and a half during our trip which made it difficult; Guilia was kind enough to help us as best as she could.

Super friendly and helpful host (Giulia), location is brilliant- walking distance to all major attractions with plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. The street was surprisingly quiet at night, considering it is quite central to a lot of tourist areas.

The location is very good, quiet and close to the metro station. Also with supermarket and many restaurants around, 10 mins walk to Vatican city.
