The host Nando was amazing.He catered all our needs and made our stay comfodtable and stress free. We surely recommend this place to others.
The elevator was not working during our stay but Nando was there and took care of our luggages from check in to check out.

Location is great. The owner was so nice and helpful and even gave recommendations for dinner. The place is large and very comfortable.
The elevator was broken while we were there. This is of no fault of the owner. He went above and beyond and carried our luggage up for us.

The appartment was very clean, nice and very well located. Our guest was lovely and very friendly. We were even helped with our luggages. There is a bathroom with a toilet for each room which is great when you're a lot ?
The appartment is at the fourth floor of an old and beautiful Italian house. The lift (probably of the same period) was out of service. The appartment might be difficult to reach for too young, disable or old people.

Very good location, with all amenities in walking distance - including supermarket, pharmacy and metro. Host was in constant communication.
No elevator - Shortly prior to our stay, we were informed that the elevator was not working and upon our arrival, the host helped us with our luggage. There is 4 flights of stairs and the elevator seems to have been broken for quite some time.
No double glazing - Due to no double glazing, it may get loud sometimes.

Great location. Nando helped secure a transfer from airport at last minute which was greatly appreciated. Water was appreciated to get us off to a great start. Apartment had everything we needed except an elevator which was stated in the description. That was major mark against our stay. Heated floors in bathrooms major nice touch

The location was perfect. We were able to get around by foot, as all the attractions we were interested in were within walking distance. Also, Roma termini was a 10 minute walk. Nando was the best, he helped us with our luggage on arrival and departure. He went out of his way to ensure our stay was wonderful.

The apartment owner, Nando, was there to greet us when we arrived in Rome. Let us leave our suitcases there because apt. was not quite ready for us, but gave us the keys to get in when it was ready. He kept us informed and actually was very easy to reach if any questions. The apt. was very nice and just a wonderful set up with three nice size bedrooms and three bathrooms, so there was no waiting to take showers to get ready for your day. Nice size kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and dishwasher if you wanted to cook something to eat. Nice expresso machine that was great in the morning. Refrigerator had water and yogurt in it, muffins in a container on counter. Air conditioning worked very well in each room. It was just steps from places to eat and pastry shops. Also shops all around you to shop. Not far from Colleseum, Trevi Fountain, and churches. Sights to see all around you. We did hop on hop off bus when we got there just to get our bearings. Very easy to do and used itaxi app to call for taxi to go to Vatican. Viator tours did a wonderful job with guiding us through the most beautiful historical sites. Nando was very easy to contact and very responsive. He also made our arrangements for taxi to the airport. All in all, I feel this was a wonderful place to stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nando for a great experience!
The only down fall was the lift was not working and since the apartment is on the 4th floor, there were a lot of stairs to climb. Nando however did let us know in advance that it was not working and asked if it would be a problem which we answered no.

The location was very good.
No elevator!!!!!! The elevator has been not working since May, and we were only told shortly after we have arrived which was unacceptable and deceiving as the property was on the fourth floor !!!! which was so exhausting with a family of six, with all our luggage after a long trip in Italy. There was also no living room, only a narrow eating area with no windows which was also disappointing u could barely move around while preparing food, it was also load as it was directly on the Main Street , and there were no block out curtains in the master bedroom which was also annoying. Very poor Air conditioning!!!
