Pleasant
Pool area and gardens were nice.
Emailed prior to arrival asking if there would be availability for a massage while i was staying. They said yes, and that there was no need to book. When i got there, they said there was no availability. Defeated the whole purpose of staying at the hotel in the first place. So, it was a bit disappointing.
Downstairs restaurant area could also do with a refresh.

Wonderful
I loved the views from the hotel—it’s not a bustling tourist place, even though it’s only a 20-euro, 15-minute taxi ride from the Vatican. The room was wonderful thanks to the balcony, and the terrace was huge! The staff went out of their way to make us happy. While dining, you can use the children’s play area in the restaurant.
The staff member in charge of visiting guests for lunch needs to be more attentive. As a result, she apologized to me and refunded me for the mistake. Take good care of your guests!
In any case, I'll give it a 10 /10

The location is nice, it is easy to get into Central Rome and has some lovely views over the surrounding greenery. The breakfast was good and the pool had plenty of loungers.
The main is issue is the temperature control in the bedrooms - The AC supposedly cools to 20 Celsius but I woke at 2am, incredibly uncomfortable with the thermostat reading above 25 (ac was on auto but clearly not cooling!). When I reported the incident to the hotel staff it turns out it is centrally controlled and the min temp can be altered from the desk - Disappointing this isn't openly discussed at check in. Even once adjusted, the AC was still inadequate.
Other strange features included: pool is difficult to get into and out of (especially for elderly), the spa staff wont let you use their water fountain by the pool and insist you walk to upstairs bar (not that close), the hotel randomly closed the stairs to the pool and forced everyone to use a single lift that had a mind of its own, no toilets or facilities near the pool.
All in all, just a strange and inconvenient layout.
