Most everything was good. Bar and pool area were very nice.. Front desk lady at arrival as excellent.
No bellman on duty when we arrived. The shower leaked and hot water was sparse at 5am. No wash clothes

Clean, quiet, elegant lobby area.
The location was substantially far from the city center ( fine if that's what one prefers) however makes one dependent on taxi, shuttle or rental cars to go to local attractions.

Everything is good. Every time I come to Rome, this hotel is my choice.
The only downside, but it's not that serious. The wi-fi connection is very unstable.

The place is amazing, we had a standard room and were upgraded to a suite by reception, great start to an amazing trip!
It is situated a bit out of the way from the centre and the village adjacent to the hotel has little to offer.

House keeping service was not good. We had to ask to front staff for the toilet papers as house keeping service did not clean the washroom or refill the toilet paper or other things on 2nd day. Even after asking for the toilet paper at front desk, they took a lot of time, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for it again. At the cost we pay for this hotel, we atleast don't expect this kind of service.
We were provided room on ground floor. It was not busy month and I can see it was not crowed at all , so they could have easily provided the room on second floor or atleast ask us for our preferences. It was the last room at the end of the lane. Very disaapointing.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, food was delicious! We used the shuttle bus several times, and there is a bus stop near the hotel, so it was easy to visit Vatican and city centre. Many thanks to the staff of the hotel!

The staff were outstanding especially the lady that checked us in Eva, very polite and accommodating with a room change couldn’t have asked for better. The location wasn’t walking distance to much but is a nice break in pace when winding down also the shuttle going to the city makes up for any problem with that and is very easy to manage, overall 10/10 experience will be back to stay when in Rome.
