Quite and clean
AC in rooms did not work well at all, was very hot due to it being locked at I believe 20 Celsius. Room card wasn’t working with the lights and AC part of our trip and it was annoying

Wonderful
The hotel was so comfortable, and my family loved the lounge access that came with having a suite. Also, having various pillow choices for our different ways of sleeping was really great!
The breakfast wasn't as good as I hoped for such a high quality hotel. The Italian meat, cheese, and bread options were impeccable (as expected), but the hot breakfast options were not so great, in my opinion. Just plan for eating breakfast here the way you would anywhere in Rome--don't expect great American or British breakfast options.

The restaurant staff was outstanding.
The front desk was clueless. Didn’t tell us what restaurant we were booked at. Only one elevator for a tour group that arrived. Constant misinformation on dining options and times. No one answering front desk phones. No towels at pool.

Everything the staff were very friendly..Breakfast had a lot of options. The transport bus was great only five euros per person into the center or the Vatican .
The indoor pool was nice and hot. Our son loved it. Wheelchair accessible hotel too. I would stay again.
They could maybe have more transport times for going to and from the center maybe every hour in the mornings even for going out. Other that that

Honestly, what we appreciated the most was that our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they provided us with check-in as soon as we arrived. The reception staff were very smooth and accommodating, which made our experience start off excellent and comfortable.

Breakfast was good though it could be better by changing the variety of hot food section. Room was cleaned and the pool was huge, spa was great although it can be crowded during the weekend. Opt-out room cleaning and you will get 15 Euro worth of voucher.
Staff gratuity was mandatory and given by the staff to us which it was a surprised. We thought that the staff gratuity was optional and it was not mentioned to us during our check-in payment and we hope that the staff can tell the guest in advance.

We absolutely loved everything!
One thing that could be better is that the spa is next-door to the kitchen and when I was having my treatment, they kept dragging the chairs across the floor, and that was awful!

Rooms are good sizes, and finishes are high quality. Bathrooms are marble/travertine. Amenities are 4-5 stars. Shuttles to city center and airport were very much appreciated and easy to schedule (small fee applies).
The carpet in building three outside hotel rooms on floor 1 needs to be restretched and gives the property an unkempt look despite everything else being top notch.

There was absolutely no stone left unturned! Everything was fabulous... the staff, the dinner options, the layout & facility design, and THE SPAAAAAAA!!!! I sincerely wish that I lived closer to use the spa often; especially the Bio Sauna.
I wish it were a little closer to the main attractions. When planning/ mapping out my itinerary the distance was listed as closer. Perhaps, time of day has some bearing on this.

The commute from to the hotel and the staff wouldn’t be helpful or gives us the tips on how to use the transportation and when is a peak time we spent almost a $1000 only in transportation in one week

Very clean, the room was spacious, the staff was so welcoming and supportive, specially Noemi in the front desk, she did a great job during the check in and she was so supportive and cooperative.
The swimming pool was small and always busy, I tried every day to find spot but it was always busy with not enough shares.

The pool was fabulous although it lacked a railing for getting in and out of the pool....it was a graduated entry but hard to get out. The breakfast was wonderful. The weather was hot(July) and the pool was great before going into Rome or on another excursion. Taxis were always available and the location was about three? miles from the Vatican walls.There was a shuttle to and from the airport at the hotel...great.
I liked everything about the hotel. I will recommend it to others!
