Large pool for the kids, on one day there was also a garden bar open. Breakfast is very good quality
We had two rooms that were quite seperated, the cost of taxi into rome centre very expensive so we would stay closer next time. The hotel feels more suited to conference/business stays rather than family holiday. The air con is set to 21degrees, cant adjust at all. Overall cost for 3 nights very expensive.

Spotless clean. A great place for adults only or families
Poor service. You stand at the bar they ask you to sit down then you could be waiting 20 minutes to order and they sometimes got my order wrong. Note it wasn't that busy. We rang to book the bus down for 4.30 one day when we arrived we where told there was no booking made and no room, in fairness to the hotel they booked and paid for a taxi instead.

The room was very well laid out and looked after - The daily bottled water was much appreciated.
The pool area is well maintained and a good way to relax after a hot day out in Rome.
There is a good selection for breakfast and something for everyone.
Staff were very helpful and we had a good review of what was available to us and helpful information on the city center.
This is not hotel related although the transfer from the airport to the hotel did not work out and we ended up having to take a train, the metro and a taxi to get to the hotel.
We arrived earlier than the pick up although there are a lot of taxi pick-ups just outside of the arrivals exit (T3).
The information was to wait outside of exit 1 (T3) and that is where went - Turns out we should have been outside the arrivals exit T3, inside at the door to exit 1!
I did check both outside and inside although did not have any luck - This was a very bad start to the holiday and the overall time from home to destination was 13 hours (only 2.5 hours flight!).

A perfect escape from the bustle of Rome. Relaxing by the pool, lovely terrace. Breakfast was amazing and so much selection. A great place to unwind after a busy day sightseeing.
There was nothing we didn’t like. The only thing we missed was not having a balcony, but this was not an issue. Must be a reason for the hotel not building with balconies.

Breakfast was great, a wide selection, room size was large as we stayed at several 5 star hotels and this hotel is 4 star but we felt it was more luxurious. the pool was large, not overcrowded, plenty of beds . The executive lounge is complementary to people staying in the executive suites. The lounge had complimentary snacks, cakes, coffee and alcohol including beer etc. This was great and we spent some time in there due to this. No other hotel apart from the Hilton offered this.
I was extremely happy with all elements of the hotel, but if I was to complain, the elevator was very slow! I took the stairs and I was on the higher level but it was good exercise to burn off the carbs from all the pizza and pasta

The property is beautiful and very well kept .
There were no sunbeds available by the pool as they were all taken. There was so much room they could have put more sunbeds out but they said they didn’t have any. Breakfast was ‘ok’. Indoor pool we were told we had to pay to use it so we didn’t use that either.

Loved the outside bar and lunch area off reception, the rooms were perfect and reception staff excellent. The magician and wife were also great - our kids loved them.
Security staff were rude and lot customer friendly (especially the man at the buffet on Saturday night there. Horrible),air-con didn’t really work in the room although staff tried their best - it just wasn’t cool, no toilets at pool area.

The swimming pool is lovely
I didn’t like the basement area for breakfast as it’s a bit dark and depressing. I’d prefer to eat on the upper levels or somewhere with more natural light

Property has everything you'll ever need!! It was a great location away from the crowded Rome, excellent shuttle service at a great price, it was the highlight of our trip! Plus the buffet breakfast and dinner options were just fantastic! I could not ask for a better experience!

Location was okay
Paid extra for more amenities and spa would not allow 12 year old to swim in indoor pool except 10-12pm (100 degree heat at outdoor pool). Restaurant is $50 per person cafeteria buffet. Bed was hard a a rock. Gym was limited hours with no air conditioning and air conditioning rarely cooled off room. Average two star hotel would have been an improvement. Had to purchase water for the room.
