Wonderful
The facilities are all very good. We love the spa but hoping that kids could have more time window in the indoor pool.
Its just too far from the center and commuting is a hassle coz buses are always delayed.

Breakfast was very very good.
Dinner was unbelievable good and huge. I have never seen a dinner like that in my agency career. :-)

A.Roma is a beautiful accommodation that is just out of the bustling city. We arrived at 3am the the person at the front desk was amazing, he got us a room so we didn’t have to wait, we had been at the airport for 13+ hours! The pool was great, the restaurant had great food and the included breakfast was a huge buffet!

Honestly, what we appreciated the most was that our flight arrived very early in the morning, and they provided us with check-in as soon as we arrived. The reception staff were very smooth and accommodating, which made our experience start off excellent and comfortable.

The commute from to the hotel and the staff wouldn’t be helpful or gives us the tips on how to use the transportation and when is a peak time we spent almost a $1000 only in transportation in one week

The pool was fabulous although it lacked a railing for getting in and out of the pool....it was a graduated entry but hard to get out. The breakfast was wonderful. The weather was hot(July) and the pool was great before going into Rome or on another excursion. Taxis were always available and the location was about three? miles from the Vatican walls.There was a shuttle to and from the airport at the hotel...great.
I liked everything about the hotel. I will recommend it to others!

The location is central enough but you need taxi to go to main points of attraction. We did not try the train bec its not convenient for me. I like that there is good breakfast but for long staying guests for several days, its the same food over and over. I love that there was good yogurt.
There shld have been more options for the shuttle, more time slots available especially earlier slots. Its best to start the day early. Main attractions get so crowded late in the day.

We asked for a higher floor and nice view room instead we got lower floor with parking view Although when we checked in they informed us they would refill our mini bar complimentary every day it was refilled only when were asking for
