Location is near Vaticano and museums.
The stay was for three nights and there room was not cleaned by staff or new towels provided. No smart TV available. Internet connection was slow and the last night during the stay the internet was not available same the next day. Shower drain was clogged. The air conditioning was constantly turning off due to a sensor installed for movement.

Wonderful location in a sweet local community. We visited the local cafe the next building over everyday. Building was beautiful.
Steps were difficult but they had a lift to help…

I love the European style especially the balcony over looking the streets of Rome.
Everything was excellent. I do recommend the place. I love the old fashion elevator (looks like from a James Bond movie).
This is not recommended for handicap elderly who cannot go up stairs or use the small elevator. Our floor was the top 5th. If you have a lot of bags the elevator is small and can only fit 2-3 persons. One person and a bag. However Fabio was helpful and he took all our bags one at a time to our rooms. The showers are small so if you are a large tall person not recommended.

We liked the location. Very close to the Vatican and to two subway stations which you can use to get to all the main attractions (like Colosseum and all the plazas).
The main issue is that the description for an option for 3 people.(I assume - the most popular for a family) says that there is a sofa bed available. In fact, there's none in the room. The manager offered us a folding bed saying that this is the "sofa bed" like we don't know the difference. Even then we had to rearrange the room to accommodate the extra bed. The manager wasn't really very polite about the argument.
Another issue was a weird small in the hall.

Really nearby Vatican Museum. Everything is according as written. There is lift (5th floor). Fabrizio is friendly host. Aircond, fridge, hair dryer, tv, balkony are perfect.
