Clean ,spacious , close to the heart of Rome and incredibly friendly hosts. Nutritious breakfast with a lot of selection and easy reservation online. Comfortable beds. All you want in a B and B. We recommend it as its location makes it super simple to walk to or take the subway to every sites in Rome. Bravo!

Great location ,close to the Colosseum lot of options of restaurants nearby. We really liked the old building and a plus is that it has an elevator. Despite the busy loud street the room was very quiet. The room was well equipped with mini fridge, electric kettle with cups and an air conditioner. Very nice and friendly host, they served a good breakfast.

Alessandro and Eduardo were great hosts, really kind to us. The apartmant was great, very clean and cozy. What we also liked is the location of the apartmant where everything was close to get by foot.
Nothing to think of really. Everything was great!

Great location. Walking distance to metro, near Colosseum and local restaurants and shopping. We even walked back from borghese gallery! Friendly helpful staff. Gluten free options for breakfast. Quiet and comfortable!

The host was excellent and very helpful with getting to the location. The location is amazing as it is close to colosseo, cavour, and many of the centro storico sights.

Large beautiful room, very clean and all the amenities needed. The air conditioning was an absolute necessity and made our stay more comfortable. It was nice to have a fridge, which already had chilled water in for our arrival which was hugely appreciated. Alessandro and Edwardo were perfect hosts and took very good care of us. It was an honour to stay in their home and we will be visiting again as soon as funds for another holiday in Rome allow.
Nothing at all, it was perfect and full of character.

The beds were very comfortable and quiet. The street was a busy, loud street, but you couldn't hear it unless you opened the window. The room was large and had good storage. The room is located close to many attractions, rail and buses.
We got there early for check-in. I let them know the time we were going to arrive ahead of time, and someone met us there. Luckily, our room was ready! The staff were very friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was available, but we had early excursions and couldn't partake. It would be nice to have earlier breakfast options. Something that you can eat on the go.
The bathroom lacks storage. I didn't have any place to put my toothbrush and other toiletries.

Exceptional and humble hosts, they truly make you feel at home. Private breakfast in the morning is a great start, location cant be beat, great restaurants all around and easy walking distance to the coliseum.

Beautiful breakfast included, attentive and caring staff. Clean and spacious accommodation, perfectly central to downtown restaurants, shopping, and the Colosseum. A short 6 minute walk to the train station as well.
