I got upgraded to a lovely big room with adjacent living room & kitchen on the 5th floor, with balcony. Fresh pancakes & savoury treats for breakfast were delicious. Staff was super nice.
The shower door was pretty tight.

Concierge is a bit Kurt. The pictures of the rooms are of the more premium rooms that are 20+ euro extra a night. The rooms we were in were more dated.

The hotel is superb. The design is impressive, with rooms that reflect 5-star luxury. I was a bit let down by the lack of HDMI ports on the TVs ; it would've been great for streaming from personal devices. They're dog-friendly, a plus for pet owners. The hotel's location is ideal, only a 5-minute walk away from the main streets filled with quality restaurants and shops, as well as the beach. I've stayed in both of Rimini's districts. While the south offers beaches, affordable restaurants, and touristy shops, the north (where this hotel is) offers upscale establishments and vibrant nightlife. If you're looking for more than just sunbathing at the beach, the north provides a variety of activities.
The hotel's parking is limited. When full, they suggest a spot 15 minutes away on foot, which works if you drop off your luggage at the lobby first. However, I recommend the Parquegio Piazzale Kennedy, only 5 minutes away. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, so I had to rely on my phone's data for stable internet access.

We like this hotel for its cozy location in the heart of active leisure, beaches and restaurants. The presence of a kitchen in such an apartment is a significant plus for us. Nice staff and friendly reception - special thanks to Mrs. Ingrid for her willingness to help, sincerity and professional approach.
The hotel is being updated a little bit. Maybe that's why, focusing on the big moments, they don't pay attention to the small ones, and it's them that the eye clings to. Kitchens in different rooms are equipped very differently. And this, in my opinion, is a significant lack of management. There may not be a knife, a coffee maker, an even number of forks, knives and spoons. A plus would be the availability of detergent and cloths for washing dishes. These are little things, but if you eliminate them, you can earn a little more points. Insufficient noise insulation both between rooms and from noise in the corridor. Maybe not in all rooms, but the problem exists. Among other things, you can pay attention to a heavy key, which is inconvenient to carry with you, or to constantly leave at the reception.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here and would like to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the sweet and welcoming ladies at the reception, who displayed courteous behavior throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to the station, just a short 15-minute walk away, was incredibly convenient. The highlight of my stay was the amazing apartment provided. It felt like a home away from home, offering all the comforts and amenities one could desire. The fully equipped kitchen allowed me to cook my meals, and I could relax in the comfortable living area while watching television. The overall atmosphere and ambiance made me feel at ease and truly enhanced my stay.
When it comes to negatives, I honestly can't think of anything to mention apart from the fact that my stay was unfortunately limited to just one night. I would have loved to extend my time at this wonderful hotel.

Very good location both for beach and just wondering around. Bit crowded architecture, but I guess that's what seaside resorts mean.
Very poor breakfast. Not a single vegetable or fruit available. And instant coffee. In Italy sounds like a blasphemy.

The Parioli Residence is lovely holiday hotel in a quiet street but yet, near to seashore and center. Rooms were very clean and large. We were really lucky to be upgraded to a suite with a seaview. It shows that management really cares to offer the best possible accommodation to their guests. Thank you!
