The breakfest and dinner were great, room was perfekt, clean and comfortable
I think the parking neet to be free of charge, and also the small pool. Practicly you cant to swim.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is huge with lots of options. The spa is nice although limited and needs a redo.
The restaurant next to the hotel is very noisy and emptied there glass container at 2am, which woke us up. There was no AC yet in the beginning of May and when you call for an emergency in the night they dont help you at all.

parking, location and view
staff very unpleasant, even out of high season huge noise from street, hotel infrastructure making a lot of noise, very confusing to enter hotel by car or walking since no entrance from the street, only from the beach, price TOO HING for this level of service, italian staff in general think that they have invented tourism

Great location, directly at the beach, big sized rooms, great wellness, parking house with normal price (10 per day) available and amazing breakfast with many options. Would definitely return.
We wanted to stay another night, because we really liked Rimini, but the price for one additional night would be double the price as we already paid. Didnt make any sense, why we would need to pay more for the same service.
