What can you say? I was a bit hesitant before I booked but this was all washed away. Great place, great staff, great location. Very close to the beach. I mean, very close, like I wouldnt want to be closer. A full kitchen to make dinner that you can then sit woth your family and enjoy while watching the sun go down after a full day at the beach. I loved it. (P.S. Loved the two A/C:s, one in each room we had, a lifesaver).
I cant really think of any the water in the ppol was a bit cold maybe but we were at the beach all the time (28 celsius in the ocean at that time).

This is our third time staying at Residence Nautic. The first time back since 2019. We love Rimini and the apartments. The rooms are spacious. Fantastic amenities with fridge and freezer and cooking facilities. The location is perfect. Five minute walk to the beach and beach cafes. Ten minutes from the supermarket. Staying here gives the choice of visiting the old town or going to the marina. A good size swimming pool and sun loungers. Your own balcony. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms and surrounding areas are clean and well maintained. We love it here.
As we had stayed previously we are aware of changes. The bikes used to be free to hire. Now you have to pay. The swimming pool also closes between the hours of 1 and 3pm. The pool was also closed for a couple of days during our stay which can't be helped. However, we love going to the beach so we rented sun loungers there and split our time between the pool and the beach.

The place was very clean and comfortable, few steps from the beach and restaurants. The staff( Anatoli and Delia)were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to all our friends and family.

Very good location - beach 1 minute walk, center 15 minute walk. Friendly and helpful staf. nice swimming pool. large and clean rooms. lucky if you have the view to sea :)
maybe it would be grate to get some toilet paper when you are staying more then one week and there was no rubbish bags and sponge for dishes. You don't to buy goods like that when you on holiday flat :)

The apartment was clean and comfortable.
Nice location, very close to the beach San Guliano. There is a shop in gew minutes walk. Restaurants at the beach. The sightseeing places in 20 minute walk.

It was perfect time in Rimini and in Residence Nautic.For this price we fond appropriate combination!Mostly what is the best-location of the hotel,it's only 2 min to the beach.Also special Grazie to Teresa and Francesco and our cleaning lady(sorry,I don't know her name).All the staff are very friendly! Close to the hotel you can find enough cafes with delicious food, within walking distance of hotel is supermarkt Conad.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great, quiet location, walking distance to the beach, great pool. Perfect for family with kids.
It is time to change bathroom equipment. Could have a little bit more comfortable patio furniture.

air condition in both rooms, working as expected. Spacious room and double bed big enough to fit three. double bed was a single mattress so no crack or bump in the middle. :) Pool looked clean, we didnt use it as we arrived too late. Pool closes at 19.00.
Narrow, one way streets (as expected in a city in Italy). parking is approx 300 meters away, drop off your bags first. there is a small kitchen in the room but we had to pay extra to use it. Showerhead was not working well and would not stay in position.

I thought the location was good as we like peace. Right next door was a quiet beach, far more comfortable than the "long beach". There was also a shop and restaurants nearby. The room had free air conditioning. The shower worked really well, it immediately came with warm water and good. pressure.The staff was friendly.
The room had a stale smell, probably there used to be smoking inside. There was no table on the balcony and there was only one chair.
