The apartment, steps from beach, restaurants, and markets, boasts a spacious layout, fully equipped open kitchen, large bedroom, and comfy sofa bed. Both rooms have air conditioning, with the bedroom featuring a huge terrace offering partial sea views from higher floors.
The appliances and the furniture are a bit old. The terrace doors don't block the outside noise very well; Despite the quiet street, train sounds from nearby railway are noticeable.

The location of the facility close to the beach, the room with a kitchenette generally met my expectations.
There was a lady at the reception who spoke only Italian, not polite, not nice. I think the lady should undergo intensive customer service training, or change her job, or retire, because she only discourages guests. The property is close to the beach, in a good location, the kitchenette is well-equipped, but the microwave and stove should be replaced, they heat very slowly.

Nice clean apartment in the building with elevator. Kitchen well equipped. Beach was nearby so can be easily reached on foot with little kids. Easy to reach train station and old town by bus or Metromare.

air conditioned rooms, beach not too far
The rooms need a lot of renovation. Dirty walls, windows, broken tap. The railway is close, so you should not open the windows during the night. The receptionist guy (?) /owner (?) is bored and unfriendly.
There werent enough cups. Not enough room for four chairs around the table. Suspicious splash marks on the wall in the bedroom.
