Short distance do the beach
Poor breakfast. The hotel closed after the season and due to the small number of guests, we received crossant and coffee at the reception.

Extremely noisy. There're always parties outside till the latest night, closed doors and windows don't save. Neighbors from next rooms feel like they're talking right in yours, no soundproof at all, impossible to sleep if there's a guest next room

Good breakfast. Close to the beach.
The floor was really dirty, I've asked twice for a mop and it was cleaned 2days later but still poorly. The feet towel in the bathroom was always black on the black. They don't even use a broom in the room, the mop was used twice a month. Not all the rooms has fridge in it.

The hotel provided a gluten free breakfast without any problems, offered a discount to a nearby restaurant. Close to the beach.
Problem with parking in Rimini, but that was not the hotel's fault. Missing minibar that should have been in the room.

Firstly, we tried few hotels during our stay in Rimini to compare. This hotel and its staff (Kristina) made an extra effort to make us happy. We got newer room in second floor which looked quite fresh. Secondly, street in front of the hotel is free for parking and we were lucky to always find a spot. Nevertheless, if we didnt, then hotel had parking possibility for a fee. Moreover, we got free tickets to water park which is 15 minutes by car from the hotel with free of charge parking at the place. This was a nice getaway from typical beach days. We were also offered for free bycicles. Breakfast was really really great. We are comparing to 10 hotels we stayed in Italy for our vacation, so this one was the best. Mix of warm and cold dishes, always filled when emptied, granola, wine, sparkling bubbles, home lemonade, home made delicious sweets, and even natural honey!!!! Lastly, amazing staff! Kristina, best wishes!
Wifi could be improved. We were losing signal quite often and it was really slow. They have some windows towards main street thus sound from entertainment small park (kind of a plus too) is hearable, but at least it stops at 23:00. Bathroom could be further upgraded in a near future as starts to show years behind.

It is near the beach, we used bikes for free, we enjoyed great water park for free. Really great, friendly staff.
