In a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Local transport just five minutes away.
Our room was cleaned every day to a high standard and had everything we needed. We particularly liked having a fridge in the room which was useful. The breakfast was plentiful and lots of choice including warm bacon and eggs. As well as sweet options there was ample fruit, yoghurts and fresh cheese/ham available.
We could not fault the hotel in any way, the staff were friendly and helpful in recommending local restaurants.
The swimming pool was cleaned daily and there was plenty of room for people.
We definitely recommend this hotel and hope to visit again in the future.

Very Good
Communication with the friendly staff was excellent. Always there to offer advice and extremely polite.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast.
As this is a family run hotel, it’s clear that they care about your stay.
I would definitely recommend and would probably stay again.

Staff was super friendly and responsive, very helpful. Pool is nice, very close by. Breakfast has good choise of food, drinks and sweets.
Water cleanliness in the pool (it is under trees and often there are leaves in the water). Parking not so easy, although available at request.

Very clean, big rooms.
Quality fixtures. Shower good, beds comfortable. Corridors and whole hotel quiet
Excellent breakfast, on from 07.30 until 11.00 - very convenient.
The pool was perfect - a good size for Rimini, clean, lots of spare beds, good depth etc.
Wifi was good, although not great initially in the rooms, the hotel sorted it.
You could buy drinks and snacks at reception, at reasonable prices.
The staff were lovely - really helpful and friendly.
It would have been nice to be able to fill up with nice drinking water somewhere, although we used the bathroom taps.
But no real negatives. We looked at a lot of hotels in Rimini, and are so pleased we chose this.,

The hotel is at a good location. Easy access to beach and city center. For reaching the old town of Rimini we were using electric Lime rollers but you can rent bicycle directly from the hotel as well.
The hotel offers breakfast. It was okay. I would prefer more salad options but they had tomatoes, cucumber, and some fruits.
The room was nicely cleaned every day. We also got a new room after some days as we happened to have neighbours who were very loud. But the reception sorted out our problem quickly and we moved to an other room.
Receptionist girls were very nice and helpful. They always had a smile on their face and felt welcoming. Also the breakfast girls.
There is a swimming pool that belongs to the hotel, however that we could only use on our first day as the other days it was too busy and we preferred to be more private.
The beach beds with umbrella were 20 euro per day if we booked minimum 2 days. We did, and arrangements on the beach went smoothly. Not many people on the beach, so it felt spacious.
I haven't been in Rimini since 1993. I wanted to see how it is now. I feel this beach town didn't really get updated. Everything feels retro. Also (and this is not the problem of the hotel), the water is very disgusting on the beach. We only went inside once, and my skin got some rashes from the floating "algae" (I think it's not just algae, even from flight we saw from above that it's very bad) all over the sea ... since then, we only used the beach beds, the showers and the restaurants on the beach, but not going inside the water. The old town of Rimini and San Marino (if you make a trip there) has more quality places than rhe beachside, especially for restaurants.
But anyway, this is really not the fault of the hotel. It is just the atmosphere of the beach town and sadly the water was very disappointing. Especially a kid I would not let inside the water there ...

Staff were very nice, was very welcoming when I first got there.
Could hear the people in the rooms next to me and they were very annoying, also there could have been a plug closer to the bed for charging my phone.
