Owner and the personel are wonderful people. They don't treat it as a job, they give their hearts out. Location is very good, close to beach and local shops and restaurants. Secure parking if you have a car.
Bathroom could be bigger. If someone is big, he might struggle, unless there are other rooms with bigger bathrooms.

The hospitality was amazing. Daniele made sure we felt like home. It made our stay so much more enjoyable. The location was also perfect, just 2 minutes away from the beach. The room was clean and the cleaning lady came every day and changed our towels. Very good value for the money. We will gladly return.

Excellent location, only 50 meters distanced from the beach. Room was very clean. Great staff, very friendly and willing to please customer.
Breakfast was really nice and coffee was great. Two guarded parkings are available close to the site, just a minute of walk from hotel.

The location is close to the beach, it' easily reachable by car. The staff if friendly and flexible, and they know the surroundings in case you need tips for sightseeing. A verry nice place to spend a holiday.

Simply the BEST place to stay in the area with delicious breakfast included. The sea was very close. The owner and the staff are very friendly and outgoing! Nice and clean rooms also. Our room was cleaned every single day. We'll definitely book here next time going to Rimini. Thank you for everything our honeymoon couldn't be more perfect!

Daniele is a great host. Very warm welcoming with offering coffee to us. He was always nice and friendly during our stay. Also, the lady who prepared breakfast was very nice and kind. We also celebrated the last evening of our stay with Daniele, offering us free glass of wine! The location of hotel is great just about 2 min waking to the beach. Fresh orange juice with home made croissant, wow! Umbrella at the beach offered by the hotel was in a reasonable price and close to security camera, which is safe and sound. Strongly recommended!

Such a friendly staff! From the first minute you feel like at home! Nice breakfast included (what can be better than fresh orange juice for morning?) And super friendly breakfast lady serving! Also amazing part: sea 3 minutes away!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the beach is 100 m away and it is very well-kept. Restaurants and shops all around. The hotel is very clean and tidy, the entire staff is professional and very friendly. And the owner Mr. Daniele is really a hotelier with charisma, hospitable, polite and very friendly.
The price/quality ratio is top. I highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and helpful There was no problem with communication neither with speaking English The quality of the hotel exceeded my expectations. Everything clear and in order. Delicious breakfast I highly recommend this hotel if you wish for pleasant and stress free stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Wide range of food, even freshly pressed orange juice can be made. The host, Daniele was very kind and helpful, gave all the information we needed. The location is superb, the beach is only a few steps as well as the Rivazzura Metromare stop,
The bathroom was really tiny, but was absolutely clean.

Everything was beautiful. Rimini is very interesting, the hotel is 50m from the sandy beach. San Marino is just 30 minutes away by car, amazing and historic. San Marino outlet and a shopping mall in Rimini if you are into shopping. The host, Danielle, was really polite, charming, helpful and always at disposal.
