The owners were very kind. Location is perfect and the price is favorable.

Nice spacious room, and just a 15-20 minute walk from the railway station and the centre.
It's a bit cheeky charging for WiFi. I've never come across a hotel that does that.

Fleas or bed bugs in the bed. I was bitten all over the body overnight. Old Infrastructure. AC only for extra charge.

The property was about halfway be between the city centre and the beach area, so it was easy to access both. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean.
The rules , conditions, and extra charges imposed by the hotel. The lady working at the reception was like an angry old school headmistress.
While some rules, conditions, and charges are understandable and normal, many were not. For example, not allowing guests not staying in the hotel into the rooms. Makes sense, especially for safety of the guests. However, having to leave the room key at reception everytime you leave. Not quite. Especially since there is a sign saying they take no responsibility for theft from your room!
The most ridiculous was the extra charge for the use of WiFi and air-conditioning. I mean, come on, it's a seaside town with lots of mosquitos. People need the air-conditioning. I realise this is a budget hotel, however, I've stayed in other places in Rimini at a similar price that didn't have such ridiculous terms.

Clean and spacious, the room was nice, everything as advertised in the listing.
The staff was very friendly and kind, I was able to drop off my luggage until late afternoon on the day of departure.
Beach and plenty of stores within a few minutes' walk.
