There were some problems with settlement stay for our little daughter but I suppose it was booking.com fault and we found a compromise.
Some buildings seen from the terrace were outdated, but this is anyway how Rimini looks like :)

Great location, right on the beach! The staff were friendly. A rudimentary knowledge of Italian would be helpful.
The dinner buffet was not good. At 23 per person, it felt expensive. Particularly as there was no one dish that was tasty.

The Hotel Crew was very nice and kind, especially the Ladies. First day we got every information about Rimini, the sights, everything. They had a good word to us every they. The breakfast was typical italian, it was enough. The hot chocolate maker was not working, but the nice lady every morning did to us. We could park with car next to the hotel. There is a bus stop near to the hotel. The centre of Rimini is a little far, but the bus came often. It's a very good hotel to spend some calm days in Rimini. Thanks for that. I absolutely recommend.
The bed was too hard for us and a little uncofortable, but maybe somebody like this, so it's a relative.
