The host is amazing and incredibly attentive to every need and desire. It takes a lot of energy, especially at the send of the season, to be cheerful and pleasant all the time- and he is. This hotel is for sure a labor of love. And he works his butt off to make sure everyone is happy.
The decor outside in the eating area and in the lobby are super. Much of the furniture is hand made from reclaimed materials, which is a testament both to the craftsmanship and the magical quality of some materials and how it comes back to life with some care - especially wood.
The rooms are a bit modest and need some upkeep but honestly one doesnt spend much time in the room. Theres so much outside to see like the beach and the centro storico of Rimini that if youre spending time in the room youre making a mistake.
Id stay here over any of the impersonal corporate hotels any day.

I liked every single minute of our stay only because of the hotel staff, of its warm atmosphere. It felt completely like home to me, I had never experienced such a warm welcome as it was there. Again, thank you for everything.

It was just a fantastic vakation! The hotel is very interesting and nice inside, there are a lot of interesting small decor, on the 3d flour there is a book-shelf with a lot of books for all ages. The place is really good - it's in 5 min from seaside, in 1 min from entertainments, but on this particular part of street is very calm and chill, so you reallly can relax there. Breakfast was just fantastic. It's really clean, the rooms were cleaned every day. But, the real pearl of all this is owner Rob. He was ready to solve any problem, and in fact we had a fealling, that we are like very long hoped-for friends, who came to be his guests. For better understanding, at the last day we had eay flight, and Rob said that we can have a brackfast. Iaccepted something light, as it allways can be in other hotels, but we had a full choise of dishes, made for us only at 6.30! I can say, that 50% of our chill vacation were due to Rob and our staying in this hotel. Highly recomended
