We were moved to Hotel Nautic which is a few hundred metres away and has a 24h reception.
The walls are thin and therefore it gets really loud in the morning when people wake up.

Location is great
The rooms are tiny, we were a family of 4 and barely anywhere to put the luggages. Room was leaking from the ac they gave us a bucket and towels.

Good location in front of the sea. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Large playground on the beach, children love it.
Rooms are relatively small. In the evening there is noise from the street. The sea is not very clean.

The location of the hotel is quite good. I am very satisfied with it. Close to everything. Maybe parking is not so close :). The staff of the hotel are very kind and professional. All staff, the receptionist are helpful. The Breakfast is fantastic! Cleaning girls are also working all the time.
It was really hot and the small fridge in the room would be very helpful at least for the water or juice.

it met our expectations with the price, we didn't stay at hotel Melita, we were booked to hotel Nautica and maybe it was better for it s location, we liked that location it was near our favorite restaurant.

Nice that it is a beach hotel, just crossing the street and there is the sea. It is quite a new hotel (or a renovated one at least). There were some people in the reception area and during breakfast who were extremely friendly, helpful and smiling, loved their attitude. It was cheap however it is on the beach. Air-conditioning worked without a problem. Nice that there was daily cleaning with fresh towels if asked. Delicious breakfast with many options, nice coffee. Had a voucher for the beach equipment - needed to pay for the sunbeds and umbrella but you could do it in the reception and there was no need to search for beach service any more. Bus stop in front of the hotel.
The room was extremely small for three adults. Couldn't even move towards the bathroom when everyone was in the room. No furniture on the balcony to sit down and drink a cup of coffee. Also, no proper clothes-horse to put your clothes on and have more space on it. The two ropes were not enough for three people. Convenience problems: no hangers in the bathroom, no shelf in the shower to put our products on it when having a shower; there was not enough bin (only one in the bathroom which was very small); no kettle or mugs; no fridge. Disastrous wi-fi service (for a hotel like this in the 21st cent???), I also read that many people had this problem before but the hotel hasn't even cared about it to repair it. During breakfast, one (very kind and smiling) person worked and he couldn't keep up with replacing the breakfast items, so sometimes we needed to wait for milk, bread or eggs. Would be better to have more people working during breakfast. There was no info on the parking, so I had to ask before arrival. Prepare, that the hotel does not have its own parking spot, you need to rent a place at least 500 m from the hotel. It is 10 euros per day.

The location,the boy and the girl at the reception were very kind.
The pictures of the rooms on the booking don't correspond of the real rooms. They gave us a room without a balcony, although the photos of all of the triple rooms are with a balcony.
They take 20 euro for extra cleaning,because of the little dog,but they cleaned once for 6 days without changing the towers.
They made us pay 30 euro taxes and 30 euro as a tourist stay.
The wi-fi wasn't possible to use.
They made the air condition cleaning during our stay. It was a man that did it,so my daughter stayed half an hour in the bathroom.
The door at the bathroom was broken and wasn't possible to close it.

We were moved to Hotel Nautic the first day, but the hotel was very nice, so no complaints. Super friendly staff,clean and comfy room, good location.
Cold eggs for breakfast, but it was compensated by good coffee and delicious croissants!
