The fridge was missing. They asked5 euro payment for the fridge. And a hot water machine would have been helpful

Amazing place to stay, with superb breakfast. Clean comfortable room and quiet neighborhood. Near to great restaurants and a beach
There was one misunderstanding with the room, I paid extra for a sea view and it wasn't quite like it in the first place but the staff is very responsive and helpful they changed my room and even offered me a free upgrade to their finest, superb room.

We loved this hotel! The location is amazing, our room 208 had a large balcony with the beautiful sea view, everything was comfortable. Not too much space for 3 people, but we only slept there a couple of hours at night:) Beds and bathroom were also very comfortable.
The breakfast was just perfect, large selection of food and very delicious coffee.
We are totally satisfied and would definitely stay here again if we come to Rimini.

The hotel is in a good location near the sea. The room is cozy and clean. Very nice, helpful staff from housemaid to administration. Delicious breakfast. Thank you very much for the opportunity to extend the departure time.
The only thing I didn't like was the poor WIFI connection in the rooms. However, this seems to be common in southern countries, so this is perhaps a matter of personal preference.

The location is perfect- very close to the beach, surrounded by many places where to eat and have a drink. The city center is also close-a nice walk away!
The staff was very gentle, always smiling and helping with the small details! The landlord is an amazing woman and least but not last - the breakfast was very delicious :)

Air conditioning without problems, breakfast was very nice - no problem with gluten free pastry, cleaning of the room every day if needed, personnel was really friendly and helpful (no problem with English), great that we could store our luggage in the hotel even after checking out and picking it up late at night
Communication before check in was quite difficult, room with seaview was disappointing - not worth extra money, tiny bathroom, not enough room for your belongings, one chair from balcony suddenly disappeared, poor quality WiFi, for someone could be small variety for breakfast

Nice family hotel, it can be seen it's been recently renovated. Sfaff was always available to help us. Cleaning service every day. Located next to a nice beach. Comfortable, good quality beds and sheets. Bathroom shower was surprisingly bigger than in the rest of the accommodations we had in Italy. Exceptionally good breakfast, with something for every taste and with very delicious home made cakes. Located in a quieter area of Rimini coast, which was perfect for us to relax after a long trip through Italy. Whished we booked for a couple of more nights.

Nice, clean room with the sea view. Breakfasts were incredible. Stuff is very friendly and helpful.
Internet connection wasnt stabil from time to time.

Wonderful
Hotel Maria Serena is perfect for me! I like a small, family-style hotel, thats been recently renovated, and is kept very clean every day. The staff are very warm and competent about tourism in the region and the breakfast is perfect, especially with a variety of homemade cakes throughout the week. The neighborhood of San Giuliano is also perfect for me. Its quiet at night with excellent restaurants and well-located close to the center and other busier beaches. Very delightful! I definitely hope to be back again for my next holiday! Thank you all.
Nothing to improve, its really excellent.
